For solo traveller, the small room is adequate as the locality is central and convenient with all the shopping, food is convenient with the mid-valley mega mall is right next to it. The room may be a bit tight with basic amenities all made available. A long multi-purpose table is just right next to the window where it house the TV, writing and coffee making etc to make way for a little bit more space.

no woman will complain about this hotel because it is just right next to a large shopping mall. for a frequent business traveler like me, it is also located a strategic place where my business associates can look for me easily, whether they are coming from city center or pj / subang area.
the hotel room is very small, but it is essential to just put a night and rest with shower and clean toilet.
the only trouble i face in the hotel is the taxi is little troublesome to get. must book earlier or pre arrange with the hotel if necessary.

Beautiful room at great location

Was staying at Cititel deluxe room, design is abit dated but is very clean and spacious. Airr conditioning is good. Receptionists and security guards are very polite as well.
Shopping mall is just steps away from the lobby and parking is free although claiming is abit of a hassle.
Only complain is that the lift's speed is slow, other than that, all is very well.

A comfortable room but bath room quite small. Parking lots are insufficient too. However free wifi is available for guest. Easy access to MidValley which it is very convenience to look for food, shopping & cinema.The front desk service is friendly and always offering the help. Overall it is a recommended hotel for business or travel purpose.

Rooms are consider small but clean and cozy. The age of the hotel is noticeable, but for the price you pay, it's great value nonetheless. Shopping is right next door with lots of restaurants which you can spend your free time at Mid valley,Boulevard and Garden.

Rooms are a little small but clean and cozy. The age of the hotel is noticeable, but for the price you pay, it's great value nonetheless. Walls are a little thin and you can hear your neighbours. Shopping is right next door with lots of restaurants (it's called a megamall for a reason). Will return again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taxi to KL city area cost around RM10 but beware of the traffic during evening peak hours.

A great place to stay after a long day travel where you not only be able to rest within the hotel but also may visit the mall within one area. Find all that you need whether it is shopping time, small stuff at the mall or the leisure time in the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
If you are travelling on a budget then you may try to shop within the carefour on the mall, eat on "makan place", then rest on the hotel.

Convenient Location For Shoppers & Leisure Travels

Great hotel with sufficient amenities. As it is attached to Midvalley Megamall & the Gardens Mall, its a dream hotel for shoppers. There are loads of eateries to choose from. A famous Chinese restaurant is located just next to the lobby as well.
Overall service was good with friendly staff and smiles all around. Definitely value for money hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Midvalley Megamall will satisfy most shopper's wish list. For designers labels & fine dining, go down to the adjacent Gardens Mall.
