It was pleasant. The reception very helpful and friendly. I didn't have my voucher due to outside meeting and I called them to inform and they said should be no problem since its in the system.

We enjoy very much staying in this hotel.
We are going back in this hoteal again in June 2012 for two weeks.
Our son getting married on 23.06.2012 there with lovely Malay
girl.
Breakfast was fantastic, so many to choose from.
Restaurant Tip:
Food is great. reasonable price.
As all halal food we did not worry what are eating etc.

what to say? it's next to mvm, ktm komuter. getting around kl is a breeze with the easy transportation. hotel room is adequate in size. bathroom is clean. it's literally a hotel to stay in if you are the type who shops till closing time. after shopping, just a walk away to your room. price is on par for the course.

Quite convenient as thrs shopping mall and different kinda restaurants around.

overall hotel was quite alright. convenient to shop around too as thrs 2 shopping malls and lotsa restaurant around so you don't have to worry of not being able to find food there when you're hungry.

enjoy stay and shopping next door. like location as it is next to kl central, so can go to places easily by train, erl, bus, etc. the best part is you go shopping and do not need to get a taxi to go back to the hotel. just bring all stuff and go back to hotel room. lobby is small but friendly staff.

2nd stay within a short period. stay was good. bathroom was small. room design was little old given the hotel has been here for quite a long time. location was perfect. shopping malls aplenty will never be bored staying at this area. overall it's a good stay.

Same like last time, not much improvement for the parking areas...but i saw they will upgrade their room soon..hopefully by that time they have changed their bed too...cause the bed sheet is old and not clean....same experience like last time body itchy when sleep on the bed.

Overall, the hotel is located next to 2 major shopping malls which is great for those who like shopping. Traffic in and out of the area is quite bad especially during peak hours. If you need to go to KL city center (Bukit Pintang/Jalan Imbi/KLCC), it may be better to stay at a hotel near the center as the taxi fare per trip costs around RM20-RM30 depending on traffic conditions. Also, there is no swimming pool for this hotel.
