the hotel is located at centre of the city and easily get to any attraction in kuala lumpur, value for money and next to the ktm train station. below are the shopping centre with cinema and plenty of restaurant choices.

Great Location but small rooms
The location is really awesome, take the lift and the shopping mall is just 2 steps away.

Basically I'm quite happy with my stay there, the staff at Cititel are always smiley and courtesy. I also like the fact that the shopping mall is just a lift away. If I were to have any complaints, it would be that coincidentally that both the single bed linen has got some beige stains/mark that look like wax or what-so-ever, I think it should be clean but it give me the doubts when I saw it but coz I was just staying for a night so I didnt bother to ask for a change. I'm about 1.66m tall and i thought the bed length was just just nice for me, if anyone taller than 1.70m, the bed would have been too short, I think...
the Bathroom has all the necessary thing, but probably coz it's a deluxe room, it was just a standing bathing area which I think was a tad narrow and if there was a little bit more space, i would have been happier.
And another thing that I thought was really annoying was that, they only allow 1 pax free access to the wifi at anytime. and the 2nd pax has to wait for 15mins after the 1st pax logoff, before he/she can login, which my fren didnt manage to login throughout the stay eventhough i already logoff.
Beside that, for the value for one night, it's really value for money.

Descent but Small Room & limited Carpark

overall is above average, but, no queen size bed available while check in at 3pm (where hotel check in time at 2pm) and extremely limited car park available to hotel tenant is simply ridiculous when they claimed complimentary carpark in the hotel. room size is relatively smaller at the price you pay in kl. other than these, hotel is average clean, neat and secure. great location just mins away from mid valley.

There is a bit upset about the receptionist as I don't know where should be queuing up. And people cutting que without asking. It takes me awhile to reach the receptionist for check in. Hope they can look into this.

can shop and dine without leaving Mid-valley

The room is clean but a bit small. the maid service is good cos
when I request for an extra pillow, delivered within 3 mins. will stay here again.
Restaurant Tip:
Within Mid-valley one can find most Malaysian delicacies. like "little Penang" serve real nice Penang food..Toast box, kopitiam.etc.. and a lot more others...

Access to transport and shopping were the two main draws for me.. Also no taxi driver can claim they do not know the place when the hotel is at Mid-valley shopping ctr. Price was reasonable..

Hotel rooms are small, not much of a view, but it is all about location. Mega shopping mall at the doorstep.
Restaurant Tip:
If you have booked room without breakfast, go down to the shopping mall for breakfast.

Mediocre hotel but decent enough for its price

Its only advantage is the shopping malls linked to it. Other than that there is little to do around this area except for Bangsar nearby and Brickfields which may be an attraction to tourists as it is deemed to be KL's "little india".
