Strategic location but overrated with small rooms

The hotel is ideal for shopping purpose but it is overrated comparing the size of rooms and quality of breakfast. Appealing to authority to make the place more comfortable and of course warms smile and courtesy of all staff can be improved in their midst of busy and hectic schedule of swarm of guests coming and leaving.

while check in, a very caring staff managed our room quickly, once he noticed that we are very tire after a long way to the hotel. i really appreciate his help. every time we come to kuala lumpur, we always choose to stay in cititel mid valley hotel. we can see that they have upgrade their facilities for example the television. besides, its location is great for shoppers, also great for us to go to kuala lumpur sentral.
Shopping Tip:
They are many shops for shopping, for examples, Vincci, Padini, F.O.S for children and adults, MNG, Nichii, Levis and others.

Small rooms. There are 17 of us with 8 rooms.
The Superior Rooms are a bit tiny but the Delux Room is quite spacious.
Good Service-Polite and Helpful Staff.

Nice location, just next to the giant shopping mall, the Mid Valley and the Garden.

Strategic location with shopping mall just next to the hotel. However, the room is quite small. We are offered to have newspaper during checking in but did not receive it during the next day morning. Called to service counter but got reply said it was not included. Very disappointing. Will only recommend to those who like shopping.Better avoid this hotel if you guys want a good stay in experience.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is just side by side with the giant shopping mall. Strongly recommended if you want a weekend shopping trip.
