Next to Midvalley Megamall

it's conveniently located right next to midvalley megamall with a good range of shops and eateries. moreover, its staff are friendly and helpful. however, its room is a bit small. in overall, cititel mid valley hotel is not bad especially for solo or business traveler.

Everything can do and shop under one roof

this hotel is marvellous with all the necessary that you don't have to go other places. i have my meeting at gardens for 2 days and my client shop also at gardens. after dinner i can go shopping and also, can have a beer at pub. eventually you don't have to go anywhere else. if you want to go to klcc can take lrt at mid valley will arrive on the door steps of klcc. it is very convenient to everywhere. there also have alot of food courts with varities of food in the shopping mall.
i will stay at cititel again for my next visit.
Restaurant Tip:
there is a chinese restaurant named the han room at the gardens mall which served chinese food and have varieties type of chinese food but the price a bit expensive. they served dim sum during afternoon and during tea time. if you like western food also available etc..

First time we stayed at this hotel, we booked a standard room, which was okay, but a bit on the small side. So, this time we tried the deluxe room. And it was a lot more spacious than the standard. With the big shopping centre only downstairs, it makes it a real winner. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from at the shopping centre. Breakfast was nothing special, though. Staffs were nice and very helpful.

a reasonably priced hotel that is situated within a big shopping mall. getting there by car via the north-south highway is relatively easy with free parking for hotel guest. great place to stay if you are with your wife and kids becuase there are plenty of things for the woman and children to do. also, wonderful if you are travelling alone with the enjoyment of the spa.
Shopping Tip:
Comes with a big Shopping Mall, so plenty of shopping. And, if you are tired, head to the cinema for a movie.

The hotel is just next to a mega shopping district with everything under one roof. There is a Chinese restaurant at the hotel entrance serving authentic chinese cruisine such as xiao-long bao, fragrance real chicken soup, for a healthier choice, there is mixed brown rice served in stone bowl. The hotel is also linked to the shopping complex via a short passage way, away from the sun and rain. Good accomodation choice for shopping frantics looking for convenience, shop-till-you-drop experiences without burning a hole in your pocket.

I have been using his hotel for many years now because of its location. Easy excess to shopping and plenty of food to chose from, from the many food courts and restaurants.
Room is small, air con is a little bit difficult to contol the temperature.
Have experience that our door key has difficulty in opening the door. Had to be reset by front office several times.
Some front office staff not very friendly and helpful. Requested for english news paper, was not sent the following morning.

rooms are rather small, but clean and tidy with full amenities. friendly staffs with great service. just located right next to mid valley shopping malls with lots of restaurants. convenience for families and solo travellers. will definitely stay here again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a reflexology downstairs near the looby of the hotel. Recommended for a try after a long day of shopping.

Located at one of the largest shopping centres in Kuala Lumpur, you can find anything you want within the Mid Valley Mall. It is also very accessible by the train system. Very decent, clean area to stay.
Nightlife Tip:
It is very close to Bangsar, where you can dine & capture the night life.
