i like the hotel, it is very close to city and the hotel itself come with the shopping mall. save me lots of time by not travelling around by taxi or monorail.

The air-conditioner was very noisy and the heater for the shower was not working. Have to change room the next day.
The sachets of coffee provided has an expiry date of year 2007.
It shows that no one has checked on such things for 4 years. My colleague also confirmed that their sachets of coffee has expire!
It tells you a lot of the efficiency of their management to allow such things to happen.

Superb Location For Shopping But Runned Down

Hotel looks runned down over the years - would be pleasing if efforts are made to give it a fresh look.
Shopping Tip:
Just be prepared for long walks and carrying of your purchases as you go from shop to shop.

Staying in this hotel brings back sweet memories. I check in once quite many years when the hotel was built. I like the fact that until today, Cititel is still very neat, tidy and extremely comfortable like ever.. only thing is the price has increase quite a bit since 5,6years ago..
Shopping Tip:
Hotel is located within the Midvalley shopping mall.

Great loction with comfortable bed
The hotel is just in Midvalley, very convenience. The room is cozy althought is just a 3 star hotel.

Shopping Tip:
Midvalley mall is just within the same area of the hotel. Very Convenience.

the hotel need some renovation or re paint it...

My room is near the lift and it quite noisy during night time. But overall the hotel is clean and good service especially the counter side. My suggestion is the hotel need some renovation as i feel my room is quite old and the paint of the room wall is out of colour.

The hote located at part of a big shopping mall

The Cititel hotel is located right on top of the Midvalley shopping malls which can be a selt contained city for shopping lovers and yet a lot of dinning places and cafes within the mall. You dont need to travel around malls coz you have it all in one...
The hotel is clean and modern, however I was not too impressed with the room. the room was too small and congusted which didnt give me a feeling of comfort.
