wonderful hotel with helpful and polite workers
the fountain between The Garden and midvalley

both my children and me like cititel hotel. the hotel provides all the things we need. the towels are clean and dry. it even provides toothbrush.
the hotel compound is clean and tidy. we are surprised to see many food courts both at the gardens and midvalley.
we were glad that there is a shop"machines" selling all types of iphone cases which are hardly available in many of the phone stores.
cititel is a hotel which is near to no. 1 shopping centre in malaysia.i would like to stay in cititel again if i go to kuala lumpur. hope to see you soon cititel.
Shopping Tip:
strongly recommend to do shopping at Isetan in The Garden

Convenient no frills

my short stay was pleasant. check-in was a breeze, thanx to that nice chinese lady.i stay in cititel quite often but this is one of the few times checking-in was hassle free. congrats to the management coz i also see more new faces at the front desk & lounge & they'r well trained too. keep it up!
Travel tip:
Better to book thru an agent like Agoda. We were attended promptly. If time circumstances allow, don't check-in during weekends.

right in the heart of the city. good shopping and restaurants. adjoining gardens is an upper class shopping mall with lots of international brands. very convenient hotel. everything is just within the hotel's doorstep.

overall a good experience as the hotel is located within a shopping mall.
The room however is just modest and rather small.
In addition to that the price is rather expensive for a mere 3 stars hotel.

Great location but small room and minimal facility
shopping mall right below the hotel is the only major plus point.

A budget hotel charged at 4 star price. Room is old and tired. The room and toilet is small and not comfortable. The only great thing is the location of the hotel and its surrounding shopping malls. In the morning, there is a long queue for the breakfast. Not a ideal hotel for vacation.

but i'd like to request one thing that i have repeatedly suggested this hotel change towels cause they are too old and worn. new towels will change the image.
