Spacious and extremely convenient
Spent 5 days and 4 nights at the hotel. I found the room comfortable, spacious and clean.

This was the 6th time we stayed at Cititel Midvalley but the longest so far.
Found it extremely convenient coz it is part of the massive Megamall Shopping complex.

It was the most enjoyable as the room is clean and cosy
Travel tip:
Is most convenience as we check into the hotel we don't need to go else well, cause we can have everything in the same building, shopping is great from top to toe you can have everything that you want in the variety shops that are in the centre. Food is great, local and international cuisine from restaurant standard to hawker, whether you want to have a fast, cheap and nice meal or a sit down well dining you can get it in the same building. The staff in the hotel are friendliest that you can find and make you feel like a king living in the hotel.

stayed here many times, however this stay had bad experience. strong chemical(thinner/paint) odoured entered room via aircond at 9++am,so bad that it woke you up from sleep and coughed, called service hotline but no action taken, hotel should be held responsible!!!

Booked a room on the 12th February 2011. Requested for a queen-sized bed and a smoking room. The next day, I called the hotel to reconfirm of my booking and again, I emphasized that I would like a queen-sized bed and a smoking room.

Good hotel in handy location

I stay in Kuala Lumpur every weekend as I work in Malaysia in a local town. The Cititel is convenient and a good three star hotel. The rooms are adequate and the breakfast was very good. Upon request there is a nerwspaper and a carpark.
