Clean, convenient shopping, pickup by business associates and reasonably priced. Small rooms, breakfast is bad. I've been staying at Cititel for my business trips to KL for years because of the convenience for my business associates to pick me up for meetings and also for quick shopping in between appointments. You can buy most things you need at Midvalley shopping mall which is linked to cititel.

Very strategic place, specially located car park for the in-house guest. Easy access to shopping mall. The check-in time at 4 pm but force to leave before 12 afternoon. Feel like being cheated on my stay. the bathroom is too small. i nearly stuck my shoulder inside the shower room. Overall it is a pleasant stay but the room facilities really need to be upgraded. The TV channel is very limited and yet i cant find a pen inside the room.

-the room is clean -even there are many lifts but still very slow
-the room is kind of small This hotel is located strategically as it is connected to two shopping malls - midvalley & the gardens. You can find food at anytime even midnight at those restaurants outside. The staffs are friendly, polite & fast- responded. They came straight to you to handle the luggage by the time you check-in. The breakfast has lot of choices and it is nice. I will recommend this hotel to friends later

Breakfast was good. Best location for shopping in Mid Valley. Unfriendly receptionist. Slightly pricey. Does not equip with fitness facility. I spent a weekend night at Cititel Mid Vally during my business trip. It is located at an excellent location that I can acces to Mid Valley shopping center easily. However, it still a little pricey because there is not any facility available in the hotel. So, please dont expect much activities other than shopping.
The hotel room is good. My air-conditional room was equipped with ceiling fan in which i think that is good for those who want to make the room colder. By the way, there is no much selection on the TV channels.
The breakfast was good. Hotel guests have the selection from Western to local food, and even a little vegetarian corner. I have a wonderful breakfast buffet there.
Restaurant Tip : Try the oriental restaurant (Dragon-i) at the hotel lobby if you have enough budget. Although it was pricey but served good food.

Good Location, Downstairs is the huge shopping center Midvalley Megamall + link next door to Midvalley Garden, Great KTM link within the shopping center making travel easy! The room is small, but who cares, you're going to go shopping and hopping all day and night! The location is good, downstairs is the huge shopping center (Midvalley Megamall), with a link next door to Midvalley Garden. Great KTM link within the shopping center make travel easy to access anywhere within KL.
If you're looking to shop + hop around KL, u could book this hotel, travel via KTM to Sentral and take necessary LRT to KLCC
Shopping Tip : Best place to shop, u could spend almost 1-2 days on the 2 great shopping mall!

Convenient for shoppers who like to go shopping. Lack of parking spaces and lift should provide with the scanning access card system for better security purpose. Not enough of hotel parking spaces for hotel guest and we've to look for parking at shopping mall parking area which is quite difficult to find especially during weekends. We've to pay RM5 for the parking which is quite unreasonable for hotel guest who paid for hotel room. Overall is a average hotel to stay if u dun own a vehicle.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Nice and comfortable shopping mall just nearby to the hotel within walking distance.

Convenient location, close proximity to Midvalley Megamall and The Gardens Shopping Mall. Friendly staff and fast check-out process. Relatively cheap rates. Very small room, not for families with young children. More suitable for business travellers who only need a room to sleep in. No free internet service and the charges are too expensive (RM60 for 24 hours). This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and I must say I was a little disappointed with the room size at first, since it was quite cramped. There was not much space to place my luggage so I had to put it in the wardrobe. Therefore, this will not be an ideal hotel for families travelling with kids as there'll not be space for them to run around. The bathroom is also quite small. I was also disappointed that there is no free internet service. The charges are quite expensive at RM60 for 24 hours, which is half the amount I paid for my room. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel as I only needed a room to stay in for my business trip to KL. I will not consider staying here again if I am on vacation with my family.

Good hotel with great location and shopping mall just next door. The room is a bit small though. I had one night stay at the hotel because I wanted a place that is near to where I am going to attend a seminar. I was greeted by 2 friendly receptionists at the counter when I check-in. I made my booking thru agoda.com and was very satified cos I was able to check-in quite fast.

Good Hotel Staft Service, Near To MidValley Shopping Mall. for sure your wife like this point.
She can burn your Money. Can Avoid Traffic Jammed but need to used right road as well.

Its really a good locations.My last Trip here for business, so i found its really can avoid from Traffic Jammed but need to used right road as well. Easy to access to other intresting place in Kuala Lumpur like Twin Tower, Petaling Street(Formerly Know as China Town), Bukit Bintang and Bangsar. And last if i got next trip for sure i will stay In CITITEL MIDVALLEY again.

Having a coffee/tea pot and refrigerator was great. As well as having a safe. Good concierge service for taxi. Good Chinese restaurant adjacent to hotel. Superior rooms are small. Towels and bath products are not of good quality. Insufficient pillows. No iron. A good value for the money as it is conveniently located with shopping and food courts and restaurants. Transport to the city and both PJ And KL is readily available. The mall was nicely decked for the Christmas holidays and lots of good bargains were available. It got rather crowded though. I was told that it is less congested off season. Rooms (superior) were doable. Would have been better with more plush towels and better quality bath products. The rooms were rather small with only 2 pillows and no ironing facility. The coffee/tea pot, refrigerator and safe was a good addition.

The hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is also good within walking distance to the Garden,Megamall and near by train staion..... The bed is nice and comfy.It is soft and clean. However, if you already walk all day in the shopping malls, you will love it. I really like this hotel and will stay again if I visit KL next time.

Overall, the stay was a rather pleasant one. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were not new, but reasonably clean. One rather disappointing fact is the limited car park space for the hotel. When the hotel's car park is full, which often is the case, hotel guests are required to park their cars in the shopping mall. Although the hotel caps the car park fee to RM5, it does not allow multiple entry, which could potentially snow ball to quite a sizable amount per day. One other area of improvement might be the strong unpleasant chlorine smell of the towels.
