Clean, Excellent Staff, WiFi in room and free (almost impossible to find in KL!), modern, spacious, restaurant on-site.

Food at restaurant is disappointing - it all sounds good but is not so great when it arrives. No bed-side lamps.

We had a really nice stay here - the hotel staff were superb and the room was lovely. The location seems dodgy at first because it's down a side-street off a side-street; but this means it's quieter than most other KL hotels (we've tried a few now) and the distances involved are very short. It's only a twelve minute walk to the Chow Kit monorail station which will get you straight into the centre, and although we didn't use it, there's a train station very close in the opposite direction to reach China-Town more easily.

Shopping Tip : From Chow Kit monorail station, travel two stops to Bukit Nanas then go down the road past the KL tourist information centre (good free maps here btw) and you come out near Petronus Twin Towers and the excellent Suria Mall.

Nice and clean!!

hmm... Not easy to local if not driving

I would think that this hotel is value for money and also will be hesitate to come back again! As for location, is not really near anyway but really a nice and clean hotel to stay in! Please go!

My friends and I had connecting Executive Superior rooms - well decorated and clean rooms. Location-wise, quite convenient, within walking distance to Monorail station to Bt. Bintang.

A bit noisy at night most probably due to group check-in / check-out.

Planning another visit with friends later this year and will not hesitate to put up in this hotel again. Nice and clean rooms, great service from check in counter personnel. Breakfast was better than expected, although will be better if more variety, but no complain as breakfast is complimentary.
