We found the staff very well trained, extremely helpfull and all had a good grasp of English (some VG) The "executive" lounge was excellent and staff is very efficient. Breakfast very well presented and staff again very helpful and hard working. The rooms are clean and have all you need. Hand, face and bath towels are supplied and their is fresh milk in the fridge! (very unusual in KL. Altogether a very comfortable experience.
Excellent value. Very friendlyand helpful
No weaknesses but monorail and Light Rail a bit far to walk.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hop-on Hop-off bus is best way of seeing KL sights. It drops you at entry to most sights while the only other option for most is taxi. We would recommend getting the two day ticket option.

The hotel is great and even the staff. They attend to guest request with utmost concern and immediate response.
Their restaurant, Skycafe serves varied food for breakfast..so all can be satisfied.
And their luggage system deposit is very good. Our flight is midnight and we cheecked our luggage, no hassles.
The best feature of the hotel is the executive lounge where you can have an unlimited snack for free and the internet access is free too. The value for money is excellent.
None so far. From front office staff to restaurant staff are very helpful especially the roomboys who took care the luggage

Good midrange hotel. The location is not the best possible and the nearest LRT or Monorail is a bit far away. Otherwise good value for your dollars.
- Shopping Tip : Good last minute shopping places around the hotel.

If you are arriving at the LCCT (Low Cost Carrier Terminal), you can take a shuttle bus (think its Star Central) that will take you directly to Citrus Hotel.

thanks a lot to symon, who did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, just perfect! but also the rest of the staff was very friendly! we really enjoyed our stay!

There are a lot of local foods like Malay, Indian and Chinese food just right in front of this hotel, few minutes walking distance to shopping mall and also a mono train station nearby. Just Rm 1.60 to Bukit Bintang Mall. Fully recommended to all travelers.
