No sleep required? then this is the place for you

Hi All This hotel is a good price but the fun stops there. The building is poorly insulated against noise - on one side of the building is a busy highway with vichicles that honk horns and noisy motorbikes till 5.00 in the morning. I asked to move rooms to the other side of the building and was told by reception that on the other side of the building was the tracks for the MTR and that the train noise was also very bad. I had to wear ear plugs every night and it was still noisy.
The breaskfast was average to poor. The food at the cafe seemed OK until I picked up a stomach bug and was sick for 2 days. So my experience was a very noisy hotel with a poor breakfast and food that made me sick. Good luck to you if you book this hotel

Great for the price

We really enjoyed our stay at Citrus. The construction and decor makes the hotel look slightly dated, but other than that there is nothing bad I can say about the place. I really enjoyed the breakfast as well as the pool/workout facilities. Our room had a nice view of the towers and it only took about 20 minutes to get there by foot. We stayed for a total of 3 days and overall we were very pleased.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walking around the triangle and getting out of the city was nice. Melaka was good for a day trip, but I don't think you need to stay there overnight.

The location is good, but the only thing is no car park space, we have to park our car at the hill side there, and for a short while 10 min only for bring down our bags also change us RM3/- .
Shopping Tip:
We enjoy the shopping in KL

good experience, helpfull staff, clean rooms and esy to get around KL via the monorail. I would highly recomend the hotel if you are staying on the Club floor the rooms are clean, the swiming pool is good for lap swiming.

Nice location but small room

I checked in at night, but the staff was not kind. There was no bellboy to brought our luggage. The room interior is new, it has been renovated but only in the room part. In bathroom part it look old. They also didn't change the old carpet. But atleast I have a good view room to Petronas Twin Tower.

rooms are big enough.. but beddings are quite old and some have stains.. few cable channels available... no problems encountered during check-in / check-out.. free food at the lounge if you stay at the club room.. few breakfast options.. breakfast just the same during our four nights stay.. near "The Mall" and other convenience stores.. there's a lot of hawker stalls nearby.. a very basic hotel.. though we haven't tried to use their other facilities since we're out of the hotel most of the time.
