Not as pleasant as the 1st time
Customer service is pleasant and staffs are helpful. Location is strategic and plenty of food outlets to satisfy your taste buds.
7.3
second time staying in this hotel thinking it will be as pleasant as the first. only issue is with the bed in standard room, as the matresses are not firm and hard. otherwise, it's still a nice hotel to stay.

Great if you do not have a car
5
Hotel has limited open parking outside its lobby, which is on first come first served basis.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do not bring car. It may have to be parked outside. If you bring car make sure you make the security person your friend. The bear is at same rate as outside so great place to have beer. You can have at pool side or at Cafe in lobby.

Acceptable Location
Reasonable Price with Basic Amenities

The location of the hotel not bad. Room quite tidy but a little too small. The room that I stayed, room 608 - the aircon is not working well & the fridge is not working at all. There is quite a spread of food during breakfast but a bit bland as they don't add any salt in their food. If they can add-in a little salt, that will add a little taste to the food.
Hotel's staff quite pleasant and helpful.
Overall not bad; I'll rate is at 6 out of 10.

pleasant stay. all was good even we got all our request with no fuss. staff was very accomodative and friendly. the staff at the club level lounge was very friendly and chatty. willing to give directions and if unsure they went out of their way to check and come with the proper information.
Restaurant Tip:
we found a new bak kut teh (bkt) shop at jalan ipoh. it is an run down coffee shop but the bkt was far better than mango jerry at chow kit.

Easy access with great view & fair price
Great view, easy access to LRT, fair price
9.7
it was my first visit to kl and though i am not on a very limited budget, i still want to get the best deal with my expenses.
the location is easy to found, only around 5 minutes walk from sultan ismail lrt station / pwtc lrt station
when i arrived, the hotel guard, the doorman and the receptionist were all very nice and welcoming me with their smile.
when i checked in, i received another promotion, my room was upgraded to club room, and the best part is the view from my room window is the famous twin towers of kl.
the room was comfortable and clean, quite spacious for 2 adults, the bathroom was also very neat with the clean bathtub, bathrobe, towel and a set of wonderfully scented shower gels, shampoo and body lotion, toothbrush, shower cap and cotton balls.
the bed is very comfy with a set of lcd tv and dvd player for your room entertainment, the tv channels could be improved though because they only provide around 10 channels
the complimentary fruit basket is not really fresh but it doesn't matter for me. they also provide 2 bottles of drinking water per day, coffee sachets and teabags and in room safe deposit box.
the room rate includes breakfast, which served until 10.30am, the food varies from french toast, omelette, fried rice and local dishes as well.
the staff was also very helpful and reacted quite fast when i reported that i'm having problem with the bathroom, in around 30 minutes, the problem was solved and i could get to sleep peacefully.
around the hotel there are 24 hours stores and food stalls, so if you stay up late and hungry you could easily find midnight snacks
overall, this hotel offers good deal with the price. just remember to spare rm50 for your deposit, they will return it once you checked out, you could deposit using your credit card as well.
they also provide cab services to airports (klia and lcct), but couldn't review that because i chose to use the lrt continued with mrt to kl sentral and just take the bus to airpor
Shopping Tip:
just walk 5 min from hotel to Sultan Ismail LRT station and you could go to all shopping places at Bukit Bintang easily, just bring your umbrella because the rain is kinda unpredictable

Very dissapointing a bad experience
3
We booked in for 6 nights but only stayed 2 before booking into other accomodation, toilets didn't flush after 2 maintenance visits, dirty room with ants, cool showers. on arrival we were told by the hotel that it was only 3 star rating, noise of railway, bad ventilation.

Good Location and Service!
Friendly staff service, clean and neat room, lounge and cafe.
8.3
counter staffs are friendly, and the hotel lift is fast. stayed in deluxe room which is comfortable, big, clean and modern. enjoyed my stay over the weekend as there are good tv channels to watch. the location is strategic as i'm able to access to local cuisine surrounding the hotel. planning to make another booking with this hotel shortly.
Restaurant Tip:
Check-out Mungo Jerry Bak Kut Teh (braised pork soup) and Ong Lai (Goh Kee) Restaurant within walking distance of the hotel to savour some nice local cuisines!
