I love this location, the staff respect you enough to leave you alone, but are available with answers and service when you need them - perfect.l also like that they upgraded me to a 4th floor room with a view, for free - as I was staying one week - thank you! Comfy bed, hot water, everything worked, TV had one english movie chanel, so ok as well.
I will stay again.

This hotel is located in the middle of the city, very convenient!

1. Some of the staff have very bad attitude, not friendly at all!
2. There is no Internet Access in the room. We can only access to Internet at the Lobby, this is very inconvenient!
3. The water is very little in the Bathroom.

we stayed for 4 nights long, and so far the hotel was comfortable with us the aircondition was good and the shower as well, there is a fountain inside the hotel so it was easy for us to get a hot or cold water. we occupy a big room since i booked a quad room for us coz we are total of 4 person.
the location was so great, near in the shopping malls, petronas twin tower, kl tower & central market & many more. so i would rather say, i will come back in this hotel soon.

i stayed here for 5 nights. very very good people at reception. we get hot & cold water here 4 free. wifi is very fast in lobby area. lift is there in hotel so no need to go up with ladders. new lift. clean bedrooms. spacious bedroom. very very good hotel with blessing. i will surely recemond to every1. we have many places to go around like pudu sentral bus station from where u get buses to genting highland & singapore & every part of malaysia. we have pasar seni station & maharja station next to hotel. lots of place to eat & shopping. this is 1 of the best hotel in chinatown in this price. u will love to stay here & i will surely stay in this hotel whenever i visit kualalumpur in my future

when we first arrive the taxi driver can,t find the hotel, but check in is fast, the staff are friendly, room clean enough, and the location is strategic.

the down side is the room a bit small and you have to carry your heavy suitcase by stair if without the lift.

this hotel is well locate at petaling street, right at the heart of chinatown, easy go to anywhere by bus, or taxi, or lrt, you can reach puduraya by foot,and not difficult to find something delicious to eat, but unfortunately the lift is broken during our stay, so we have to haul our luggages ourselves, the room condition is not bad although a little dusty for my taste, the staff are friendly,overall

make sure you know how to bargain when you visit petaling night market
