The shower was dirty and old, got to spend at least 5 mintes to wait till it comes out with clear water

everything needs to be renovated, poor condition of sanitary equipment (no hot water on water sink)
The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops and mall around the corner. But it is not a place to spend too much time. Nova needs to be renovated. Carpet on the floor in corridors and room not clean. There is no hot water on sink in bathroom (but there is hot water in the shower).

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Convenient for tourists who like to see the city centre on foot, particularly shopping at the street stalls selling a large array of goods ranging from garment to other household utensils.
The hotel room is reasonably clean and value for money. However, the environment surrounding the hotel is rather unsuitable for those who wish to enjoy the tranquility and serenity of the place they stay.
