Spending a night in Colmar Village, relish in century old Alsace charm at this French- themed resort settled at 2,700 feet above sea level amidst 80 acres of rainforest.The medieval french village and picturesque surroundings bring us back to an era steeped in culture and romance. We are lucky enough to move in to a newly renovated room, facing new Chateau Castle, the room is spacious, and nicely designed for families of 4 (Living Room + 2 rooms). We had great time at Colmar during Chinese New Year !

Suitable place to relax and have some fresh air . The room was great and the decoration is nice..
I would like to suggest that for the hotel to hsvr more space for the restaurant and have more variety of food choices

The view of this hotel is very good. The location is also not so hard to find. The staffs work there also quite friendly and make me pleased. The room is also good and comfortable. The price is also reasonable, The only one thing is the cleaner not done the job so well because they are not cleaning the dirt on the outside floor for the whole one day. Tq

Hotel Feature Tip:
If v know got Kitchen & dining room in earlier will prepare some cooking food which bring up steamboat pot.

Good concept family hotel
The French Theme in a world of it's own with no external interruptions due to it's isolated location

Positive points are the cool weather, good space area in the 2 bedroom suite, a fridge n not a mini bar especially since we were on 4days stay n a lovely calm Japanese garden. The breakfast spread was generous with lots of choices.
Negative points - The stairs up to the bedrooms were narrow and no sign to indicate the concrete ledge where my son head was hit as he was burden with luggages when going up. Furnitures in the whole suite were old and worn out, imagine still having box TVs, the kettle was small and had to boil water 2rounds to make 4 cups of hot drinks. front desk staff were not to hospitable and communicative it cld be the heavy checkins but still this is not acceptable. Not enough of eateries. Curtains in the room old and falling off hooks. Hot water was not consistent during bath, on and off quite frustrating.

Dirty room with poor service

We book a delux room but the room just look normal and very dirty. We requested change an other room that need wait 4 hours, feel so bad and not enjoy the journey.
