relaxing getaway
clean bedroom, nice weather & friendly staff

we spent 2d1n at Colmare Tropicale. it was a relaxing getaway and suitable for families or couples. the weather was nice during the early morning. the staff there were polite and friendly. just that, there were not really many choices for the cousine of foods and the Japanese Village is a bit over rated.

Disappointed.

This is not the first time I stayed there. The last few times were less than satisfactory. I was there during Christmas eve and the non diners were blocked from accessing the main walk way and were made to cross over the other side using the basement. This was bad, very bad and causes a lot of inconveniences to the non-dinners.
For this recent stay, I specifically requested a view of the town square but they gave me a room with blocked view. What a terrible service. The counter staff doesn't even know which room has what view.

SPACIOUS TWO-FLOOR SUITE
The rooms and toilets were clean and tidy, the ground floor comprises the kitchen, dining area and living room were spacious, and both floors had access to TV and the internet.
