Nice and happening hotel located in the French village theme resort
It is a nice hotel with French village theme design. It's quite happening at night with all lights on, a few restaurants available until 10pm and also stage performance. However it's a bit pricey and crowded, might be due to holiday season.

Not worth and feel cheated
The managment did not take action for losing my luggage at their concierge. And they just give me simple answer that they can't locate my luggage and did't make any compesation. So this hotel staff are like thief......

Hard to find public transportation
The place is beautiful. If you stay at this hotel, you can go to japanesse village for free. You can rent kimono for 20 RM. They should separate hotel area and tourist area. Too crowded

Spacious room and nice location
We enjoy the stay in the spacious and clean suite rooms (we booked 2 rooms). However, the hotel might want to look into getting pest controller service as we found a lot of ants swarming the complimentary cookies on the dining tables. It was a public holiday and there was a HUGE crowd and long queue to check in. Even the hotel car park was full. But luckily there are staffs assisting us to find a spot. The buffet spread was OK and the staffs quickly replenish the food, but the crowded restaurant was unbearable for us to enjoy our breakfast. There are many people waiting for tables and narrow spaces to walk around.
