Excellent location with Hard Rock Cafe. Great location with monorail and just steps away. Very friendy staff. Near to entertainment places. Will be back to stay again in this hotel. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Nice hotel in good location and business stay staff is not friendly, room is a bit small It is a very nice hotel and valuable if we compare to other country in Asia. Room is a bit samll but very clean. Overall, we can accept this hotel even they have some small things to improve.

Location location location - Concorde is within walking distance to KLCC and just a train trip away from Bukit Bintang shopping district. Vast selection on breakfast - decent quality. We booked a room with complementary internet access. The system requires us to 'request' for a scratchy that reveal the logon and password, once every 24 hrs. Just annoying having to queue up at the reception waiting for a scratchy. Picture that. Great location and just meters away from the light rail and KLCC. Took heaps of night shots of Petronas Twin Tower and KL Tower.
Room is very clean and well maintained. Great pillow and linen. The rain shower is what you expect hotel of this quality.
Breakfast has a vast selection of food - both local and international. Taste is OK, would rather the hotel focus on quality than variety of the spread.
Concorde is an established hotel, easy for taxi driver to take you back after a big day of sight seeing.
