Standard Room - Twin Bed Room size is 24 and 30 sq metres. Located from the 3rd to 7th floors of the Tower Wing, these rooms are fitted with a choice of king and twin beds. Connecting rooms are also available upon request.	Superior Room Room size is 24 sq metres and located from the 8rd to 15th floors of the Tower Wing. Guests residing in the standard rooms are able to enjoy the view of the city skyscrapers. Bigger in size are the superior and superior executive rooms which overlook the Hotel's lush poolside and the magnificent Petronas Twin Towers.

- near monorail station - nice lobby - nice breakfast

- renovation in progress, noise from other floor (Jun 2009) - no free internet access

Nice location hotel and nice lobby downstairs. Hardrock cafe on ground floor, a nice place to have a drink although beer is a little bit expensive in KL. I'd a room change as the toilet in my room have problem on the flush. I called operator on this case they hadn't fixed this for me. Finally they changed a room for me on top floor with new renovation. Larger bathroom but small bedroom. Anyway if you decide to stay here, requested for a renovated room is better as those still await for renovation is really old.

The breakfast buffet provides a variety of food. No problem in finding suitable food for all ages. The atmosphere is great for family holidays.

The refrigerator in the room is not in working condition. Food went bad when left in.

Overall the stay is welcoming. The food provided is of a good quality and quantity. The personnel are friendly and helpful. Even the chambermaids are friendly. The rooms are generally clean except the fresh towels are not really cleaned. I had hairs in the towels provided.

Great location.

Disappointing Service.

I've stayed at the Concorde many times before and I've always been impressed with the service, but unfortunately they failed to impress on this occasion. On arrival at 5pm (check in anytime after 3pm) after 24 hours of travelling to get to Malaysia, I was told my room wasn't ready and I would have to wait 45 minutes. I complained that I had been travelling for 24 hours and suddenly a room was available. The room was sub standard with dirty tiles in the bathroom and rusty shower rail etc. but I was tired, so didn't complain. My second night, the shower broke which I reported, but it wasn't fixed so I couldn't have a shower the next morning before I left. To be fair to the duty manager, he wrote off my bar bill as compensation. The Concorde used to be my 1st choice in Kl, but I'm afraid to say I will be staying elsewhwere next time.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Only a 10 minute stroll from the hotel to the Petronas Twin Towers
