The pool and breakfast is good
The pool is nice and the breakfast is good. But the room is not too big. The bed sheet is already old but they still use it. I found a few feather out from the pillow and blanket. It's 4 star hotel but a little bit make disapointed.

Room was ok. Bed was small for 2 people. No tea/coffee facility. No mini bar. Over priced. Room service not really sure what we ordered and called the room 3 times and still got it wrong. Got harassed by the customer service manger on check in for promotions.

Good Location, Good staff, Comfortable
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, about 10 minutes walking distance to the KLCC and the shopping mall. Its also walking distance to the nightclubs. Nice touch of the hotel during the Hari Raya festival was to place some local cookies for guests to sample and we had some that was very nice. The rooms are a bit jaded and needs some renovation. The lighting is quite poor and seems dim. Bathroom is large and water was good. Front desk staff Anantha was great and he upgraded us to a Premium Room. Only downside was when we requested for an extra blanket they had run out of it but it was die to the full house. Long queue getting into the coffee house for breakfast in the morning but staff did well to ensure waiting was not long. The food for breakfast however was a big disappointment. This hotel is famous for its food but the breakfast did not live up to its reputation. The chicken curry was undercooked and had blood. The noodles was tasteless. The selection was very limited. We skipped the breakfast after 2 days.
