It was a 1 level hotel, ground floor. So I and my kids had to walk by long way from car park to our room at night time!!. Everything is OK. Breakfast is good. Location to Airport is excellent. Some staffs were so kind but a front desk girl was deal by duty only.

we enjoyed our short (18 hour) stay at the concorde inn - the staff were extremely helpful and looked after us very well - always smiling and very polite. we had our dinner at the melting pot restaurant - the buffet option - it was really great. there was so much choice of food that we couldn't try it all - and we got a seniors' discount which was very unexpected as it was given to us without us asking for it! would certainly stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
Restaurant Tip:
If any travellers are Seniors you will have a good discount at the Melting Pot restaurant.

bed bugs but good breakfast

I woke up with red itchy little marks on me. I'm sure they were from bed bugs. The rooms were OK, not a comfortable bed. Close to the airport which was perfect for us. Breakfast was included in the price and there was a good selection.

close to klia for intransit rest

we were intransit and had another overnight flight, so booked into concorde inn for a few hours sleep. i think without the break we would have been in a bad way by the time we got home the next day.
Travel tip:
If you have two overnight flights in a row, instead of thinking you will go into KL and 'do' something, seriously consider staying at Concorde Inn and having a good rest and shower between flights. It makes a difference the next day!
