Noisy hotel and not very friendly for the price !
not much selling point just if you have no time to catch an other flight

Hotel near to Airport
Near to Airport, Nice food

Hotel is quite near to Airport, there is shuttle bus between KLIA and hotel. Melting pot in hotel is very nice, various food and not expensive.
Hotel Feature Tip:
it might be difficult to find shuttle bus location if you are first time in KLIA. Try to ask different people inside airport.

don"t stay here!!!!!!!!
i find it very difficult to find much good about this hotel, the gardens and pool area was nice.

do not stay at this hotel, i have stayed here before with little problem, this time how ever it was shocking to put it mildly.
on arrival 6am couldnt find booking until i produced my paperwork then suddenly found, only single beds available and we were only married for 15 days by this time, so not acceptable.
no hot water when i complained i was told to push the red button outside the room, i went look couldnt find this, but they still never came to assist me.
the airconditioner had not controls so it was freezing with it on or hot once it was off. the best part of this stay was leaving i will never return

Great location but small rooms

Hotel front desk was indifferent and inefficient to simple requests and queries
Would never have stayed here if not for the convenient location next to KLIA
Even the shuttle service to and fro airport was a chore to locate
The rooms are all on ground level and soundproof was not great

Simple, clean rooms, great staff, unbeleivable breakfast, even a pool, perfect hotel for a stopover, I will use it again in the future.

Had a good night sleep, relaxing place to spend time with family.
Would recomend to anyone who wants a peace of mind
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you like to stay near the airport, this hotel is very good for that

Great location but not very nice room

Good. I can call up to the hotel n they will sent a shutter to pick me up after my flight keep delay and I reach aft 12am. Free wifi. Nice hotel. Just the room a bit small.

transit convienient - close to airport
shuttle to and from KLIA, reasonable breakfast, good for one days stay only

Just a good transit hotel,
Has a swimming pool and good breakfast.
nothing much for kids;
Army barrak styled accomodation with "terminals"
Room service OK
shuttle leaves every half an hour to KLIA.
very open sorroundings - no high rise nearby.

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff

Efficient and regular free shuttle bus to/from KLIA.
Efficient pay shuttle bus to LCCT
Hotel is best used as airport stopover only - it is a bit far from the centre of KL to use as a base for daily sightseeing etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Express train to/from KLIA only takes 28 minutes each way.
