good location if you have meetings around airport

Good location. If you are a business traveller, meeting up with your contacts around KLIA it is an ideal place and economical compared to others in that area. Don't have a shuttle bus from LCCT which is a shame. Customer services have multple areas of improvement

There is a taxi service available in the main lobbby. Alternatively, take the free shuttle to KLIA and then take the public transport to go to KL

Great for over night stopover

room was a bit disappointing but well price for an over night stay, probably wouldn't stay much longer, breakfast was lovely and i would recommend it.

shutter bus service to the terminal is reliable.

hotel near airport with spacy rooms
near airport, a dazzaling choices of breakfast, nice swimming pool , free airport pick-up

third time stay here, but this time the experience is bad because they gave me key of room 519, and i find the room was occupied. it took the reception more than 10 min to get there and provide me key of room 516.
apart from this, other experience is good.
the rooms are neat and spacy, swimming pool is clean, nice trees around the hotel.
breakfast comes in a dazzingly array of choices!

if you are at lcct , take the ariport bus to klia and wait at platform 3 for the hotel shuttle bus

convenient and cheap

it is not as bad as the others say. we got ourselves deluxe room. with carpet and everything. very basic shower. but its ok. very clean and useable. its 2 or 3 times cheaper than other choices around that area if u must stay in that area. ofcoz with this prize you can get 5 stars in the city but oh well. the bed is very very comfortable. staffs not so efficient we asked for towels like 10 times never got it. the shuttle bus is great took only 5 to 10 mins with 30 mins interval. very on time. i would definitely come back again if i have to stay in klia area.
