We arrived late from Hong Kong, and with two young children in tow, were "bushwacked" by the time we reached the Concorde Inn. Very simple room with all needy amenities.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a complimentary bus service that goes to KLIA at regular intervals, so don't book a taxi back, as the bus service is free.

The room was fine, but nothing special. Good shower facilities. The breakfast arrangements were perfect for people keen to catch a flight.
On arrival, my plane arrived late and (as it was after midnight) I waited an hour and a half for the next shuttle bus.
Travel tip:
Good for a quick stop-over between flights, but watch for late night arrivals as the regular shuttle bus finishes just after midnight and we had to summon a special one.

I booked and paid on line I had the voucher number and a copy of the receipt but some how they had no booking had to stand at the counter for 20 min and then I was asked to email them a copy of the booking reference ? Then I decided I would up grade to a suite and let me tell you they are very very average tv was plonked on top of the fridge not on the tv cabinet un plugged not even sure if it worked the and all in all just a cheap nasty place to stay look for what you pay it just ok for a overnight transit that's it. Staff are pleasant

Simple but nice

I was here for 1 night stay and i arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm. I waited for more than half and hour for check-in to be done and found out that we had a leaking aircond in the room. Nonetheless, the support staff's response was quick and the problem is settled in a very short time. Managed to have a pleasant sleep that night. Good hotel with great choices for buffet breakfast

The room is too simple,only can stay for waiting flight schedule.

Functional hotel good for transit stays

This is a functional hotel stationed next to the main terminals at KLIA. Rooms are old and in need of renovation, however it is more than satisfactory for transit passengers looking for an affordable short-term stay between flights. Cheaper alternative to Pan Pacific KLIA. Shuttle bus provides service to LCCT, although is overpriced at 20 MYR per person! Only stayed here for 4 hours, and was satisfied with the convenience that this loctaion offers.

Staff when you see some not very friendly

there was nothing deluxe about this hotel. we had 2 single beds. the bathroom was something out of the 1960's. It was very noisy and unclean. We would have spent the night in the airport if we had known what we were in for. This was the worst hotel that we have visited.

Very convinent to stay as the Hotel is only 20minutes away from Air Port.Big room and clean.Worth for the money paid for.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Lobby are of hotel looks abit empty. suggestion to put more pot plants or Artificial Flowers more and with more nice comfortable sitting sofa around with magazine rack.

we enjoyed it. had 2 nights and decided if we did not do a tour then lounging by the pool would be quite fine. very relaxing. restaurant was better than expected, bar across the way also had a happy hour that was actually 4 of them, or thereabouts.
there is a fairly comprehensive spa on site, which unfortunately we did not make use of.
in the options below the question is as to who you would recommend this hotel to - well, we would recommend it to anyone, however it is an airport hotel, so is closer to the airport than downtown, and we have answered accordingly.
it was good. we will go back for sure.

Easy going, relaxing but enough going on to make it interesting.
