Nice Hotel nearby the Airport
So close to the KLIA Airport

Quite neat and clean room... just less than 10 minutes away from KLIA, and has the airport transfer service for free each every half an hour (30 minutes). I'm surely will choose this hotel again for my next Transit in KL.
Please Note that KL has two different separated airport which are KLIA and LCCT (Low Cost Airport), the distane between two airports are quite far... about 30 minutes. We can take Bus Transit for RM 2.5 to go from LCCT to KLIA, or the other way around.

Basic hotel close to airport

We had an early flight from KLIA, so opted to stay at the Concorde. The hotel is less than five minutes from KLIA.
The hotel itself looks like it was converted from an old army barrack. Our room was basic, but clean, and the bathroom had been renovated. The shower was nice and hot. The breakfast buffet was extensive.
There are two issues to be aware of.
Firstly, the bus runs to schedule, which seemed to be about every 30 minutes. This means if you miss the bus by 30 seconds, like we did, you need to wait 30 minutes until it comes again.
Secondly, the hallways in the hotel are hard tile floors. This shouldn't be a problem, except when other guests with wheeled bags pull them down the hallway - it makes a loud "clank clank clank" noise. Both my partner and I were woken up several times in the middle of the night from this noise.

when i booked this room i read the hotel information, it said they have suttle bus to this hotel. so i asked a special request in my booking. but when I arrived there , no any suttle bus to this hotel but taxi with 75rm for oneway.

convienently placed hotel for the airport (klia)

loved the resort setup. breakfast was very nice. right next to the airport with a free airport shuttle to klia but not to lcct which they should consider. rooms were small, but cosy. tiled floors which help keep the hotel clean. the hotel is on a single storey, which makes moving around very easy and adds to an overall resort feel, however this also means that you never get away from the hustle and bustle of the hotels guest arriving at all times of the day and night, such as the dragging of bags and loud talking as they go to their rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
Right opposite the hotel is a complex with many different types of restaurants, convenience store, taxis etc..

Food is good, the service is ok,but no toothbrush and toothpaste, the last shuttle bus is 12.00 pm, so if you late then your must pay RM 48 for taxi rent.

Conveniently located and great service
Everyone was helpful and kind from the reception to the guy in the convenient store.

I thought the service and kindness was of a high standard by all staff. The rooms were large and clean with good facilities. The downside was the disrespect shown by other patrons by talking loud at night. It seemed that any noise was echoed into my room from people shutting doors to the chatting in the hallway. Very annoying because I had a early flight and all hope for a good nights sleep wasnt to be. On a positive, the breakfast was very good and the free shuttle service to the airport took the stress out of an early morning departure.
Restaurant Tip:
If you want to eat out of the hotel there are many cheap and tasty options just down the road.

Older but affordable and well situated
close to klia with free shuttle, reasonably priced, good pool and restaurant

we stayed here during a 12hr transfer in kl. the hotel is older but perfectly comfortable and well situated for klia with free shuttles. there is also a pool and good restaurant.

I think we have stayed overnight at this hotel 20 times. Perfect when flying in one day and out the next. Wonderful breakfast buffé with something for everyone. Taxi expensive to and from the airport.

Free shuttle to airport.
Free shuttle to KLIA, pool and good food.

Long queues for checkin and long wait to see the concierge. Not a good look when other staff walked passed to a back office with no acknowledgement of those waiting patiently to be served.
Better room this time but would not classify it as a superior room by any stretch of the imagination.
Swimming pool and free shuttle to the airport a big plus. Restaurant food very good.

we stayed here while in transit at lcct. we got a taxi to the hotel and arranged for the driver to pick us back up when we needed to go to the airport. the hotel was good for a stopover, we had a swim, watched tv and a sleep. the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.
Restaurant Tip:
There are a few cheap good local food options across the roundabout from the hotel.
