Great food though sterile decor

My friend and I chose the Concorde Inn because it had a pool, offered drop-off and pick-up and was reasonably priced. Alas we didn't realise the pick-up only applied to the KLIA International Airport not the LCCT airport which is where we landed. Getting a taxi there took quite a bit of doing too - tickets required etc and we had no Malaysian ringgit since this was just a stopover - so that was a pain. First appearances of the Concorde are disappointing. It's more like a sprawling motor lodge than a hotel. The foyer is stark and Stalinist and the rooms depressingly plain. The 24-hour restaurant is equally as ugly but the smiling staff and excellent local dishes make up for it. The pool is also a good size with lots of comfy chairs.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Be clear about where you land and how to get there and back. If you land at LCCT get that wretched taxi ticket before you leave the airport. It's a bureaucratic pain but knowledge gives you some sort of power.

- window unable to lock. It takes 30-60minutes to get it fixed. Instead of changing to another room. Bad.
- Food for breakfast is not nice. (FOC)
- Food (room service) is nice but not cheap.
- Gym is stuffy.

The Concorde Inn Airport Hotel is ideally located for the 'stop-over' traveller. The rooms are adequate, meaning you are not paying for excessive decor. The restaurant provided a great menu and delicious food

it is very near to lcct & klia. they have a very big open space parking. The staff is friendly at the front desk. Don't forget to request the wireless no. during check-in time.The internet connection was not bad.One thing that i don't like is u can hear people passing by your room.

This hotel is suggested for travelers in transfers (1 night between flights) due its location. There is a shuttle service to the airport. The rooms are simple but clean.

Hotel is 5 mins away from ariport with shuttles leaving the hotel every 30 mins. Service was good, hotel is quite spread out and old. Alright for a night's sleep.

as opposed to other comments, our shuttle service was on time, a nice full size bus.
rooms were clean, functional, although old, but the aircon was new and did an excellent job.
a spread out hotel with only ground floor rooms, a huge dining room with dozens of buffet selections, well attended and tasty.
it would be our choice again if we have another short term stay with overnight requirements
dangerous open drains at the end of each building.

like an average resort without a high price tag; the food of romm services are well prepared as if you were staying in any major hotels in the United States

Great Location easy reach of both terminals
We checked in at 01.15hrs and managed to vacate the room at 17.00hrs the hotel seemed to be very flexable

as basicly a "transit hotel" they need to be very flexiable on check in and check out times to which they were and they did not charge me extra. however the person on the front desk had said that it was going to cost extra for extending the check out time to 16.00hrs but when we left they did not charge any extra. very impressed!
