Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, perfectly adequate for overnite accom. If you like a quiet evening meal avoid this place in Ramadan when dining room is crowded with fast breaking families. If you are traveling via the LCCT add 70 Ringgit for taxis if you want to avoid the hassle of taking 2 buses via the KLIA.
Good value for transit travelers looking for rest and relaxation rather than sightseeing and shopping.
No breakfast before 6.30 am so don't prepay breakfast if you have early flight especially from LCCT.

Apart from the experience with the receptionists, the hotel is pretty good. I would recommend this hotel to others. If you do not expect a lot of the staffs, this hotel would be perfect. After all, it is just a transit hotel.

On check in I was told that I didn't have a reservation, despite having to be upgraded (in price) as the lower range rooms were no longer available. The night manager treated me with contempt and the whole ball of yarn unwound because I couldn't find the printout of the booking voucher. I had about 20 different vouchers for flights, rooms and tours for the week's holiday I was taking in Northern Thailand. As this was at 1 am I left and went to a hotel that had a room and a little repect. Would never stay at this hotel again even if they gave me the room!
- Hotel Feature Tip : Bring a laptop. Only one of the house computers works. Ring outside taxis to come to you. The in-house tour desk is a rip off.

This is an okay place to stay overnight if you are travelling somewhere else from the KL airport. Otherwise there is no need to bother staying here.

Overall, a satisfactory hotel for the budget conscious traveller who wants somewhere clean and close to the airport to rest for a night or two whilst in transit in Kuala Lumpur.

It's quite far away from LCCT, but they provides charged shuttle to LCCT! You got to pre-book with them at the counter!
