old. Never understand why these people call this a hotel (or inn, as they named) and open as an business.
Old facilities, like an ugly army houses or hospital. The interior is funny, very far from under-standard. This is a big mistake for me to book at this hotel, just a cheap bed to sleep overnight.

The beds were uncomfortable, along with the corridors being that noisy.
Unfortunately my stay with my family at this hotel was an uncomfortable one. The noise of the hotel made it an uncomfortable stay with little sleep. The food at the breakfast was dissapointing with no-one their to tend to the replenshment of many of the hot food provided. Although the hotel provide a transport service when you ask for a different service (taxi)they are not willing to provide another, this I found dissapointing, as did several other hotel guests during my stay.
On a more positive note the pool was a great assest to this hotel as it lends itself to a more relaxing stay than the cheaper hotels around the airport. The staff are also friendly along with a good standard of entertainment at the bar if so desired.
Hotel Feature Tip : This hotel is close to the Man terminal of KLIA and enables more than two persons to stay in the room, therefore is a better option for those with a family wishing to stay together.

Online booking was made and my credit card was charged, however, when we arrived, they were reluctant to pick us up because they could not find our booking. This is extremely frustrating at 2am in the morning.
Phone staff do not speak English as fluently as they should.
The hotel was booked to stay overnight for a morning flight the following day.
An online booking was made and my credit card was charged, however, when we arrived, staff were reluctant to pick us up because they could not find our booking. This is extremely frustrating at 2am in the morning.
Phone staff do not speak English as fluently as they should and even though there are free transfers to and from the airport, this is only the main terminal, you need to pay more if you are going to the Low Cost Carrier Terminal.
Rooms are decent.

hotel location close to airports, relaxing enviroment, good food, reception staff hospitable, comfortable beds
cold breakfast buffet, bar staff lack of knowledge mixing drinks,
Enjoyed the short stay it has a great friendly atmosphere with friendly staff excellent location being close to the airports. I had a comfortable sleep. It was relaxing sitting by the pool enjoying a drink and a swim. The airport shuttle was prompt and reliable. Overall I was happy with the service and would stay again.

I really like this hotel because this hotel is very quiet and comfortable. Also the location is near by Kuala Lumpur airport. Just about 5 minutes to reach there. This is my second stayed since I arrive to Malaysia. I am sure that I will come back to this hotel again for next business trip. I will give them 4 stars. And I would like all of visitor to try this hotel also.

Close and quick transfer to the airport (ca 10 min) efficient staff and ok food. Nice rooms.
Because a airport hotel, people constantly coming and going which made it a bit noisy.
A very convenient airport hotel, with big, quick and timely airport shuttles, about 10 min travel time between. Ok room, big and clean but because an airport hotel people coming and going through the night.
All in all a good choice if you dont have time to travel in to KL to stay.

Near to KLIA
Restaurant open 24 hours
average rooms, very expensive compared to the price charged. Service and food so so
The hotel is quite near to KLIA but about 20 minutes to LCCT. Free pickup is available from KLIA every 30 minutes but drop to LCCT is charged. Rooms are very average and very high price charged which is not suitable at all for the quality of the room. Hotel restaurant is open 24 hours but only some dishes available. Both hotel reception and restaurant service and courtesy level is totally zero. Hotel is only suitable for one night stay for transit if somebody wants to stay near KLIA
Hotel Feature Tip : We arrived quite later at night there and left in the morning to LCCT so could not see anything outside the hotel. Just can say that this hotel is very near to KLIA (about 10 min drive) and hotel restaurant is open 24 hours so even if arrive late at night can eat there

Good location and close to the airport KLIA and LLCT.
The place is far from City. The room is ok for cleaness. When I arrive there, my room is very far from receptionist. They put me at the back. This place is good just for transit ONLY.
If you are coming from LCCT, The hotel doesn't provide a shuttle. You need to go to the hotel by taxi for RM 50. To go back to the LCC Terminal, you need to spend RM50. To go to the city, you can use 2 train to get to the city. Total spend RM 38. it is cheaper than you have to use taxi which is RM100.
Shopping Tip : If you want to go to shopping at KLCC, it is better to use train. You can use hotel shuttle to go to KLIA airport and from there, take Train NON stop to go to KL Central. Then you need to get other train to go to KLCC. Total money you spend for one way RM 38.

the hotel had a very nice breakfast!
it's further away from LCCT-KLIA
the place is older but comfortable enough however since it mainly functions as a transit hotel the coaches to the airport should be free but they were charging!

Close to the airport.
Convenient for a one- night stop over.
Has an early light breakfast at 4.30 a.m. if required.
Booking quickly processed at counter.
Had a long wait at the airport for the shuttle bus to the hotel. We ended up getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel.
Long way to carry bags from reception to the room.
Room very hot until you put the airconditioner on and it starts working.
In suffient coffee making facilities... only enough for one coffee each.
When needing a hotel for a stop-over between flights, the Concorde is an excellent choice because of its location. Taxis and shuttle buses to the airport are organised for you and arrive on time. It is a little difficult to get to the hotel from the airport because the shuttle buses are too small and don't fit everyone on and consequently you have a very long wait.
The room is clean , big enough for 2 people and luggage, but hot until the airconditioner is turned on. Maybe the staff could turn the airconditioner on prior to your arrival. The breakfast was adequate and as early as you require. The staff were reasonably helpful.
Overall a good stopover between flights.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you require an early breakfast, let the staff know and they will have it organised.

Good location, only 10 minutes away from the airport.
Buffet breakfast quite good and included in price.
A free airport shuttle bus was available from the hotel
Rooms are all on one floor with a lot of people having to travel past your room which made a noisy echo constantly. The rooms were adequate in size. The shower has extremely low pressure which resembled a trickling tap.
The lobby of the lobby of the hotel was well presented which didn't reflect on the rooms so much. Having said this the staff were very helpful and were happy to answer any of our queries with a smile. The hotel had the facilities that you would expect from this kind of accommodation, namely, swimming pool and internet etc.. There were some small renovations occurring at the time but these were started at a reasonable hour.
Generally speaking, not a bad hotel all in all, but as there are many other hotels in the vicinity next time we may have a look at their competition.

Welcomed after exhausting all night flight from Australia with a beautiful breakfast and a clean, cool room.
Would have liked hotel to note that we would arrive at 8.00am
Great to get an excellent breakfast after a long night flight from Melbourne. Then a clean, cool room for a shower and a sleep before we headed off again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Restaurant choices excellent

Reasonable prices, comfortable rooms and good breakfast buffet.
No shuttle to LCCT, no comfortable place to sit with computer in lobby.
My daughters and I stayed at the Concorde on two recent transit stops in Kuala Lumpur. On both occasions we had very enjoyable stays, had dinners and breakfasts in the hotel restaurant, and swam in the pool. Getting back and forth to the airport was very easy although a free shuttle would be an easy benefit to offer. Internet access in the rooms would also be a nice addition as the lobby is not a comfortable place to sit and work on a laptop. But overall, I recommend the Concorde for transit stops in KL.

Had to change my Room due to smell of stale cigarette smoke. They need designated Non Smoking Rooms.

convenient for an airport transfer. That would be it.
Had to wait for shuttle 20 minutes. Be aware of which terminal you are flying out of.
Pretty basic hotel, somewhat clean, very dated, had to wait for shuttle 20 minutes, ok convenient to airport though we did not realize there was another airport and got off at the wrong one. Had to hustle a taxi pretty quick to go 15 minutes away for where we were dropped off. We should have asked?/ They should have said something?
