Horrible not a 4 star hotel a 2 star hotel only

Horrible.The rooms old beds like rocks, pillows so old like rocks as well. and smelly, bathroom disgusting mould on shower curtain in bath the mould has been painted over the tiles, all the pies in bathroom falling to pieces the linen was something i would not even clean my floors with.Buffet breakfast horrible .
Staff were very polite and helpful. Overall discusting for the price we paid per aussy dollor per night.Overall smelly, old,cupboards given a facelift with stick on laminex, not even a clock radio. They said because we booked through you we got the last rooms. That is not true we saw 3 other rooms etc none are any better than the others even on executive floors.Your company needs to go stay undercover for a night to see the disgusting hotel Mould everywhere. Horrible discusting.
