Very well located. Spacious rooms with good facilities. Quite a good breakfast at the price.

Bath rooms could have been better. The wash basins should be changed to better designs.

We booked through Agoda in the last minute on the day of arrival. Had to wait for sometime at reception due to the reservation papers not being immediately available. Breakfast should have been included in the deal. It is absolutely cheap by standards of Singapore.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Petronas Tower at Walking Distance - 5 minutes.

Free broadbrand internet access.

Breakfast starts too late (i.e. 6am). Not useful when you have to catch a flight that leaves at 7am.

This is generally a good hotel, in terms of its location and services. Upside is that it is near to the LRT station, which makes travel to outskirt of the city hassle-free versus getting stuck in the traffic in KL. Downside is that frontdesk is understaff. When I checked in, a group of 15 people was in front of me and it took about 20 minutes for the frontdesk to clear that group before they had time to attend to me.

centrally located, good price,

breakfast, reception non coperation

Hotel was nice and on good location with all fecility but the staff of reception is not to cooperative due to their managemnt and breakfast also not so good enough becuase stuff of food served in breakfast was like day before serve any where like leftover food we have good experianced in Penang and same grade hotel serve excelent quality of food in breakfast otherwise every thing was good during my stay
