This is actually my second time staying at the Corus Hotel. I mainly choose this hotel because of its location. It is around the block from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC. It is also very close to other night life and restaurants. The hotel has a friendly staff and the rooms are very decent as far as size. The prices have always been very reasonable for this hotel and are worth the stay. I've recommended this place to a few friends who have stayed at Corus also.

a centrally located hotel within walking distance of klcc and the central business district. good room size and efficient service at the front desk. hotel staff are courteous and helpful. the hotel is also a pickup and dropoff point of a provider of long-haul bus trips to penang, singapore and other destinations, making it very convenient for guests who are travelling by bus.

All our basic necessities were provided and we were particularly happy that we could control the air-cond in our room, which we set at low on a rainy day. Umbrellas were also provided with a RM10 returnable deposit to guests when it rained. We booked for 3 persons but were provided with a King Size bed and room facilities for 2 persons. The facilities (a mug & a pair of bedroom slippers) for the additional person was made good when we requested for it. Perhaps, we should have specified 3 single beds at the point of booking. However, we had a good time as we visited the Petronas twin towers and also other shopping centers such as Pavilion & Lot 10. We even had the opportunity to watch the procession of the Goddess of Mazu that took place along Jalan Bukit Bintang.
Shopping Tip:
For those who are able to take the challenge of continuous long walks, do locate the bridge connecting KLCC and Pavilion. There is another famous shopping area with lots of different types of food available.

The stay has been ok. With cramp areas, oldish, but still quite lively. Recommended for those targeting hotel in KL in strategic location with budget in mind.
