Beautiful hotel within view of Twin Towers

Nice hotel but charges for wifi use and most other things. I mistakenly only scheduled one day and wanted three and they even charged me to ust their business office including printing a page of my booking agent. And because the hotel along with many others are 80km from the airport the charge is $50 for airport transportation. Food was mediocre in two of their restaurants. Service was usually good except once again for their policy of charging for anything beyond the room charge. Nice gym but universal machine does not have all it's attachments and when I mentioned it to the staff they didn't seem concerned.

The staff were very good. Particularly one of the male staffs were really helpfull. The buffet breakfast & dinner are not upto the range of a star hotel. Need to improve more. An old hotel but neat and clean and gentle service.

this hotel is nice, good, clean and strategic. it is located in the city center, it is just need 5 mins walk to the famous shopping center called klcc. i choose this hotel because the price is reasonable and its service is good.. i like the breakfast as well..

The room amenities in this hotel were very basic...but it doesn't really matter, as I booked it for convenience. It was right across the Petronas Twin Towers. Breakfast spread was pretty good. What I liked here most was the frontdesk staff who assisted me when I checked in (sorry forgot his name, but he's a good looking friendly gay). I asked him to recommend places to go to, since it's my first time in KL. He listed down the best you can find just by walking! The pool area was a sight to behold...you can relax in the poolside at night, and enjoy the lights of the Twin Towers...amazing! :-)
Nightlife Tip:
It's best to stay around the vicinity...just to be safe. There a number of good restos at the Suriaya, and the Library. If you ever get hungry, there's a great open-air resto just across the hotel. Great food at great price.

good, clean and well organized room though it might be a bit small. you can find all the necessary amenities in the room.
hotel staff are friendly, helpful and always with smiling faces.
overall it has been my very comfortable and pleasant stay here. will come back again if rates were competitive.
Shopping Tip:
It's very convenient to take a cab to Bukit Bintang for shopping/food. It costs around RM5-6.00 (By meter)

my husband and i booked a stay in this hotel due to its strategic location to the international conference that we were going to attend at jalan ampang. this hotel good with the free car park facilities, where normally kl rate is very expensive. what you need to do is bring your car park ticket to the reception and they will stamp and certify for you. the reception staffs were friendly and appeared smiling face all the times. location nearby klcc and kl tower. many food choices outside the hotel, and price considered to be economical. the only thing to be improved is that supposed to be double bed room but eventually turn out to be twin bed room during checked in.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
spend an evening at klcc, sit nearby the fountain, sometimes they have shows there, quite romantic.

Has a great location, strategically located at city centre. Walking distance to KLCC, KLCC lrt station and other pub areas. Business executive room-like with working desk and internet access. Overall, very satisfactory stay in the hotel except for the room service. The hotel staff awoke me from my sleep just to deliver the newspapers. They might want to consider leaving the papers at the doorstep in the future.

advantage of staying here is you are right in klcc within walking distance.
rooms are large and clean and service good.
breakfast is so so but extensive enough.there is a good japanese restaurant
within the hotel and they offers discount to guest staying there.
