Great location but small rooms

Great Location near KLCC , Petronas twin towers, Suriya mall.
The negative points are that they charge for drinking water if you take more than two small bottles per day.
The toilets are clean but a little worn out.
Travel tip:
If you are a Christian , the Canaanland book store located in the Eighth floor of Menara A One is within walking distance and they have a fabulous collection of books.

The hotel is located near KLCC which is a big plus with eateries just across the road. The room is spacious with a big balcony. Complimentary internet service is available in the room which is fantastic as most hotels in KL charge for internet. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional in their services. I will definitely book this hotel for my future stays and recommend to my friends.
Shopping Tip:
Be prepared to shop till you drop as KLCC is just nearby with plenty of boutiques for you to shop at.

the hotel is quite old but still well-maintained. it is located within a 5 minute walk to klcc and food is easy to get as well.the cafe in the hotel serves pretty decent food as well. it is located right in the heart of town and provides easy access to the shopping district.

Value for money!! The location is awesome just 5 mins walking distance to MRT station and Twin Tower. The room is comfortable and clean even thought it is a bit old. The brealfask is good but too bad almost the some menu serving everyday.

The only advantage of the hotel is just within walk distance to Petronas Tower, conveniently located in the very center of KLCC. The room furniture, bathroom facilities is old-fashion, not as per quality expectation of a 4* hotel - much looks like a mini hotel. The carpet looks dirty - seem that they're under refurnished, i saw a management notice on the works in hotel.
Some of the hotel staff (receptionist and breakfast restaurant) are not friendly.

no personal touch and you would be given a cold shoulder. if you have booked through agoda, then the hotel has no incentive to serve you well since you have already paid full amount in advance and cannot cancel.
