We where looking for an Hotel not too expensive and close to the KLCC ( Petronas Towers).
Trough Agoda we have found it: it's the Corus Hotel. Only 5 minutes walking distance from the Petronas Towers.
Hotel clean, with good facilities and nice staff.
They also have a nice SPA and a nice swimming pool. Some rooms have direct access to the pool.
Wery close to the Petronas Towers, nice staff, quiet rooms, good SPA
none (for us)

We have found the right place for the discovering of the city. Really close the Petronas towers, Clubs, bars, malls, subway. We have eaten breakfast, lunch, brunch and diner and each time the buffet was great and staff really nice. Room was really quite and confortable with all the standard equipements but mattress should be rewiewed because we have felt the springs in our back. Swimming pool is clean but sauna environnement should rewiewed in a way more relaxing. To summarize, we recommend the Corus hotel.
Really good place in the heart of the city and close Petronas Towers.Good meals with amazing buffet. Clean Room. Really nice staff and is attentive to customer
Transfer from Airport to hotel has been awful experience. Complicated process to book it and we had to take a cab at the end but hotel manager found the right reply when we checked-out by offering the return tranfer. Rooms should be refurnished more comtemporary. Mattress should be reviewed
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Petronas towers and roller coaster into a mall
It was okay

The hotel is near KLCC LRT and near to KLCC. Clean hotel and simple. Breakfast very simple, and adequate, wish they have some hot vegetables as well.
For travellers who want to explore the Twin Towers and KLCC its very convenient and affordable.
The KLCC Station is 2-3 minutes walk away and take you direct to KL Sentral without changing lines, a real plus if you have bags. Is only 4-5 stop away from KL Sentral, where the train station is and where the KLIA Express train to KLIA is located.
Very convenient for international travellers coming in to KL from Sepang KLIA.
The Aeroline Executive Coach from Singapore has a stop at the Corus Hotel, with convenient schedules.
Staff were very courteous and helpful.
Gym is very basic, and swimming pool not big, but adequate.

My stay in this hotel was very comfortable and I enjoyed it a lot. Free tickets to visit Sky Towers are distributed from 8:30-10am at the basement of Tower 1 but it is recommended to reach there by 7-7:30. If you do not mind walking a bit, travell by MRT and you will save good money. DO NOT miss Genting Highland. The cheapest hotel in Genting Highland is First World Hotel. It has 6000 rooms. Enjoy!
Aeroline bus (from and to Singapore) stops in front of the hotel.
Didn't like the supper.
- Shopping Tip : Try Bugis Bintang.
just ok

We had just come from a dump of a place, so this hotel was "great" for us. Aside from that, it would have probably been a disappointment if I had initially booked it as our hotel for KL. Check in staff was nice, and the lobby was impressive, but rooms looked old, and could have been better kept up. It would have been great to have a view of the towers, but instead we got a pool view. There were other hotels that looked nicer for around the same price, but all were booked the day before. It's a great location though, and coming from Chinatown which was WAY too busy, loud and dirty for us, we were quite happy in this area which was much more upscale and easy to get around, even with minimal wheeled luggage (forget Chinatown on a Sunday!!).
good location - very close to Petronas towers and nearby shopping. spacious room, balcony
could use facelift on outside, and renovations inside. wasn't overly impressed with the room. breakfast was just ok, although seemed like a big buffet.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : near to the Petronas towers, which we enjoyed! You need to wait in line in the morning to get a ticket for the skybridge - and when they are done handing them out, nobody else is admitted up for that day, so be sure to get in line early (like 8am) for when they hand tickets out with specific time slots throughout the day, at 9am. If you can't get up in the skybridge for your 10-minute view of the city (yes, you only get 10 minutes up there), be sure to to up into the KL Tower - where you are much higher up and actually have a better view of the city! The Petronas towers lit up at night are spectacular from here! Do this, even if you do get a ticket for the Petronas skybridge - well worth it!
it is ok

at first we thought this would be quite a nice hotel when we saw the exterior. really near the twin tower and lobby also really nice. but we were a bit disappointed when we saw the room. it is small and old. even a little bit dirty. not fit for the 4 stars level. also at night, it is noisy from outside. had trouble getting to sleep. pls let hotel know this and we hope next time will have better experience!
it is near the twin tower, easy for tourists.the lobby is quite nice and the atmospher nice.
the room is a little bit old and dirty. not so quiet, at night a little bit noisy.
The Corus is not a good 4 star Hotel

I think in total the four stars are not justified and it still needs time until the Corus Hotel will become that good!! I've been to many four stars hotels and this one was not that good than all the others and I was really disappointed about it
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Petronas Twin Towers are only a few minutes away you can reach them easily by walking.
Good connection to public transport

A nice hotel centrally located with good breakfast buffet. Despite the fact that I booked my room through Agoda some 25 days in advance,I was not given the room of my choice i.e facing Petronas Towers however upon my protest I was upgraded to an executive room at 12th. facing city and not petronas towers.
Another couple who was checking in the next day was complaining on same grounds.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : For shopping purpose China Market or Petaling Street is an ideal place as one can get fake branded watches, ladies bags, Pens etc at very cheap prices. It depends on your bargaining skills.
