Low price and good location.
Bed is not comfortable, and we want to use internet, it must addition rm25.00 for 12 hours. I have slept in YMCA Penang, they have wifi in every room, and free of use. At the Crown Princess must upgrade!!!
Definitely not a five-star hotel

I'm not a particularly fussy person so I'm happy with my stay in the hotel. But I had cockhroches in the room, the bathroom tiles were old and the matress not very stable. It was more a 3 star hotel than a 5 star, still, for the price and location, it was good value for money.
Helpful and friendly staff. Location is excellent. No wait to get the lift, since there are 6.
I had a good size room but with basic and old furniture.
Carpet had stain and it was old. Bathroom was very old and not clean.
- Shopping Tip : Well, Petronas towers shopping mall, Suria, just 10 mins walk away.

The hotel is located close to the Patronas towers which is one of the major KL attractions; hotel offers free shuttle to the towers. The rooms are modern and clean; however bathrooms are in need of renovation. Bring your own lotion & hair conditioner as it's not provided. I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room I got smelled of smoke – receptionists were very helpful and quick in finding me another room. Concierge staff is very helpful, they took the time to help me organize my 24 visit to KL and suggested best sights to visit. The best thing is that they pointed me to the balcony at 34th floor lounge where you can get the best photos of Patronas towers and the surrounding areas. They even offered to take my photos!
Great location in the heart of central business district; close proximity to Patronas Towers; free airport shuttle; very helpful staff; lounge at the 34th floor has a balcony where you can take photos of Patronas towers in the background.
Bathrooms could use renovation; Some non-smoking roome smell of smoke; Airport shuttle could be more frequent; Small TVs in the rooms;
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Great spot to take photos with Patronas Towers in the background from the lounge balcony at 34th floor
Good Location but dated facilities

It was ok to stay for one night; but I would not stay again for a longer period of time. There was no information folder of the hotel inside the room; as mentioned before the overall impression: outdated facilities. Breakfast in the Cafe was a very crowded affair - not enough tables for all the guests at the time I went to have breakfast; service in the cafe could have been better
Near to LRT station
Room had dated facilities (bathroom, overall impression of the room); no possibilitiy to switch off AC; crowded breakfast place
- Travel tip : As the hotel is located near KLCC with its many hotels in the neighbourhood next time I will stay somewhere else.

I was really satisfied in this Hotel. If I come back to this town I'll be in this hotel again. Also I'll advise my friends to go there if passed by Kuala lumpr. Many thanks for the manager and his team.
The Hotel is located in the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur. Quiet environment and cleaned area.

Unfortunately, there were a meeting organized by policital party. But, it seemed to have no harm for other tourists. They could managed kinds of customer at the same time.
Web access is not available at hotel room. Cleanliness level looks rather low due to the old interior.
In need of serious refurnishing

I had a club room, but it looked so run down that it almost appeared dirty, even though it was in fact cleaned. The carpet was old, with stains and smelly. The sofa had also several stains, even blood on it and the whole room had a bad smell.
Entry of the hotel is to the back, at the front to the main road is a now empty shopping complex, giving the whole complex a rather dilapidated appearance.
If you want to get a taxi with a meter, you have to go through the shopping complex to the main road and try to flag one down at the very busy street.
The only pros are:
Nice staff and in comparison not too expensive.
Old furniture, smelly. No metered taxis available. The hotel does not call metered taxis on request, but provide only public taxis (no limousines) with higher rates, although the condition of the taxis is exactly the same as in any other public taxi.
- Restaurant Tip : Close to the hotel (cross over the main road) there is a nice pub & restaurant called the "Bangkok Connection".
Terrible hotel, but good location

I would not recommend this hotel. The location is quite good but there are many other hotels around there. The bathroom was awful. Cleanliness of the room - terrible. Staff friendly, but want to see money for everything -phone call for a restaurant, money... That´s not what I know from hotels.
The location of this hotel is quite good.
Bathroom need to be renovated
Staff not really helpful, even for a phone call for a restaurant they want to be paid for
Cleanliness of the room is terrible, many insects

This hotel is priced at reasonable price. Although it is old but it was kept at good condition. The housekeeping has done a good job. However, there is no free broadband services at room which should have been the norm in this cyber world. Overall, it is still recommended to stay at this hotel.
reasonable price, assessible, spacious, clean, wide variety of choices at breakfast
no free broadband assess
noise at rooms near the lift

Dear Agoda staff, first of all even if in Kuala Lumpur this hotel is still rated 5 star, in order to do not misslead your customers I warmly suggest you to at least downgrade this hotel to 4 stars. Actually the only thing left from a 5 star history is the dimension of the building. The atmosphere is of a package hotel for mid/low income tourists. Not recomended at all!
big rooms
very tired, so so location, messy lobby
