The Crowne Hotel sets the standard for all hotels. I have travelled a lot in different countries and stayed in a lot of different hotels but Crowne Plaza is the best. It has a nice ambience, great personnel, nice pool and most of all... It's near the shopping malls, Petronas Tower, Menara Tower, Chocolate Factory and MRT. It's right smack in the center of everything.

Nice personnel, great pool, walking distance to shopping malls, towers and MRT.

Buffet dinner available was Ramadan which did not give mus much of an option so we just went to Bukit Bintang and ate at a local resto.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you want to enjoy KL, then be prepared to walk. IF you're wearing shoes, bring a pair of flip flops so your feet can breathe.

it was one of the good stay in all malaysia this is the threed time for me in this hotel and each time it was best than the first time. the location of the hotel is near alot of malls and resturants and near the bars so every thing you want you will find what you want.

the hotel was very good, the room was beautiful, the hotel location is execllent.

the only thing that tired us was the entrence a littel fare from the road

when i see the building from outside, i was sorry I booked that hotel, i thought it was very old, but when i arrived the lobby, it looks better. the room is not really that big as the pictures showed on internet, but the bathroom is ok.the service there is good, especially a man who works in reception called Man, he is really nice.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to Petronas Towers as early as 7:30 to get your free ticket to the entrance to the towers. Do not miss the Birds Park. Do not by any means miss having a great dinner or lunch at the revolving restaurant at KLCC communication tower; magnificent buffet and great city views for very good price! Do not miss visiting KLCC aquarium, only steps from the hotel. Try to book everything in advance and check opening hours 1-2 days earlier to make sure you don't miss a thing!

Being located at a monorail station is a big plus because the taxis in Kuala Lumpur rarely like to use the meter and charge exorbitant prices for short distances.

• Nightlife Tip : There is a nice bar around the corner called the "Beach Club"

Good place to stay in KL Guest Rating: 3.8

Perfect hotel for a 2 or 3 day stay in KL for holiday or business.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tickets to the sky bridge at the Petronas Towers are free. You have to queue up between 8.00 - 10.00 in the basement of the Petronas towers! So get up early! It's worth it :)

I researched all hotels with fine detail and I am so glad I chose to stay at Crown Plaza. This is truely a great hotel and well priced. Location is perfect and you can walk everywhere. Service was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again.

Have been to the hotel 6 times in last 3 years everything always nice, only once had little bother cos of some difficulties due to a computer system breakdown at the checkin. the hotel is in a wonderful position easy to walk anywhere is interesting in the city for shopping and with the monorail stop just in front of the exit for longer distance or to go to KL Sentral to connect to Airport or othe locations.

• Restaurant Tip : include the breakfast in the stay at the hotel, it worth absolutely
