booked 2-bedroom type for 4 persons. my friends really liked and amazed with the view from our room. its like " home " definetely we will go back to this hotel. very nice service as well. but no wifi still you can enjoy because of the fantastic great view of petronas tower very relaxing.
good for family or group of friends you'll enjoy being together
5 mins to petronas tower by taxi ( 5 or less rm )
10-15 mins walking
peaceful environment

Nice part of town Big rooms
Big rooms and nice views close to trains (300 mtrs)

can get takeaway food in foyer and small shop rear of hotel.
Breakfast good choice.
Remember to turn switch for HWS (near basin)

Most of reception staff unable to speak good english.Towel is not clean there few stain,bathroom shower head broken,Tv channel not working for few hours,Breakfast is not up to expection.Most of taxi the driver unable to location this hotel.

I took 2 units and each unit was spacious enough for my large family. The deco were quite simple and cheap looking but well compensated with the room size. The staff however were not so friendly and on one occasion I need to wait for about 1 hour for housekeeping to act upon my request to tidy up my room. Other than that the stay was somewhat pleasant.

A disappointing stay! Poor service and room layout

Hotel lobby was old and unwelcoming, so were the 'front-desk' staff. Although the room was newly renovated(cos' the smell of paint and glue were quite evident!),the bathroom was so poorly-designed. The shower stall has no curb to keep the water in the stall. Rather, the shower water was supposed to overflow outside the shower stall onto the toilet floor. Therefore, the bathroom is always very wet and a fall hazard, especially for senior citizens and children. It clearly shows a lack of common sense and care for the guests in their design. They even have the audacity to charge us RM for 2 extra pillows, which we have never encountered in our 20 years of travelling and staying in hotels. Thank goodness, we only booked for 2 nites, cos it was getting to be a pain in the neck. Besides, the room rates are not that value-for-money, considering all the inconveniences we have to put up with! Buffet breakfast is held in an obscure area and the glass door to the dining area proves to be a challenge and danger as it is closed tightly to keep the air-conditioning in. Again, they do not think for their guests who may be carrying plates of food and have to use their body to push the glass door open. It was a very disappointing stay, to say the least!

we had a big group traveling to kl & wanted a place where we could all stay together. d villa residences with their 2 & 3 bedroom apartments really help in this. in pays that it was also located just 5 minutes away to klcc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
klcc was 5 minutes away by car from the hotel. bukit bintang shopping strip is about 10 minutes away by car. located near the expressway to travel to places like the curve & mid valley mall.

Nice and good place to stay

Although it was just a one night stay but we had a good time here. Free parking, very close to KL center and the staffs were all friendly. We felt very secured as the security guards can be seen at the lobby and even at the parking lot. Facilities were just great, the maintenance and house keeping were very helpful that you can ask from them any time even when we arrived a bit late that night. Cheers

Good service and very clean room
Rooms are very clean and bright design made you feel very comfortable. Staff are friendly and good service.

Location is not near to shopping area, we took about 30mins slow walk to Suria KLCC. But it is easy to call for a taxi.
Most taxi only knew the hotel names as Holiday Villa.
Free wi-fi only available at the hotel one and only restaurant outlet. Breakfast - not so much varieties.
