Good place to stay for a big group..
It's near to KLCC.. Food is just no worries..

Even my stay here is just for one night, but I feel it comfortable, the room is big, there's swimming pool, there's massage centre, there Canadian pizza and also warong at the back.. Wifi is accessible at the lobby.. And it's just 30mins by foot to reached KLCC.. Definitely I will come back here if I'm in KL.. And the receptionist are very heplful aswell.. Thumbs up!

The kitchen is too small and lack of equipment. No cooker or bowl was given so you cannot cook your meal. The room is nice and large. Bathroom is very comfortable. The pool is small but has a good view to Twin tower. Staff is quite helpful, can ask them for taxi booking when travel around the city and to the airport

the staff and the service att the hotel was fatastic and the area for me was the bets ossible straight ovr the street where i have to go, cloose to a great restaurant and fantastic bar with probebly the moijitos in whole kuala lumpur, will staybthere again.

The location is good, although it's slightly jam (because at the central of the city), the room is clean but don't why it's come with a strength 'wooden' smell inside the room.

reasonable hotel for family

Not bad apartment near klcc.
Got a 2 bedrooms apt but there is only 1 shared bathroom.
Aircons has a stale smell when switched on but smell gone after awhile.

Studio room is not per photo featured.

not so good experience
1. The money we spent for studio room vs 1 bedroom apt is the same but the room space is way different. During booking, the price for 1 bedroom is more expensive, but when we checked inthe hotel, then only we found out the studio and 1 bedroom apt cost the same.
2. room door is malfunction, no easy to open
3. water heater is not working
On the other hand, one add point is: Impressive customer service from the maintaince dept. I forgot the name of the person, but a high 5 to the person from maintaince dept that attend to our issue.
