Great location with complete facilities.
I emjoyed the pool and finess room.

The elevator broke for a few hours. There was nowhere to chage my cellphone. The staff helped me and there was one outlet in the Lobby. The staff did not inform me of the location of the pool, fitness room, or complementary breakfast buffet. I was vry concerned about missing my early flight. I was informed that the Taxi would be double priced because of the 4am pickup. I cancelled the taxi pickup and now deeply regret it. I feel I should have been advised on how to best catch my flight.

Great Stay
Helpful frontdesk, great view of Petronas from the room and from the poolside

Frontdesk was very helpful. She made sure we get the Petronas view from our room as requested. Rooms are big and suitable for tourists with a big group. Poolside view is the petronas which was very nice. My only concern was the food served during breakfast, not much options to choose from and the location... But all in all, the stay was very good.

Great apartment with an ausome view!
Location is great, 15 min walk to the twin towers, great view of KL skyline and twin tower from the rooms

the apartment was huge, the rooms were of decent sizes and there is a huge living/dinning space with balcony. the couch at the living space is really comfortable! the toilet is spacious too.
however the breakfast spread is very average and also the room service did not clean our room on the 2nd day.

A very good family hotel for shopping trips
The bedroom suits were a nice size, and fantastic night view of city

Overall The 5 night stay was very good with many trips to the city for shopping.We made use of outside pool that had a great view.
The hotel was carrying out some modifications which meant the "Olle" cafe was shut,we were given an alternative eating place,but this shut at 6 pm.As we tried to order food for room service but was unsuccessful,and had to eat out every time we came back from the city later than 6pm.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful for organising day out.
Shopping Tip:
we had a good family day out at the zoo.Also fantastic time at Times square Theme park.
Make friends with a taxi driver,take his card and save money.

The hotel is not very good. The staff is not very responsive and teh facility is not in good shape. The sink in teh kitchen was licking on the floor, so was teh toilet, the phone did not work, the lights on our floor were off for 12 hours (try opening your room with a carg key in the dark...), breakfast was discusting.......

i was given an upgrade from normal room to 1 bedroom suite. sounded great snd took it. the 1 bedroom suite is 7 blocks away from the main hotel. it is isolated, above shops and right next to a construction site. the room is really old and no carpet. the internet is good though. the tv is crt and outside in the small living area and not in the bedroom. so i cant relax on the bed to watch tv. night time is quiet but comes 7 or 8am and its pretty noisy as the construction people start working.
wanted to find food to eat at 10pm and nothing around nearby. had to walk a long distance to find anything.

Very close to central city, reasonable price
2 bedroom complete with livingroom and kitchen. Feels just like home.

this is the best place to stay if you're going with kids. there are 2 bedrooms so sleeping wouldn't be any problem at all.
however, breakfast is quite limited, but that's okay anyway

Lovely hotel .... Great location but small rooms

Hotel needs a more Dynamic booking protocol. It also needs more professional adjustment. HR is one of the main focus. Layout need few more good touches. Why not invite 7 Eleven. Add Simple but nice Food court.
Pools need 70% touch up. The view is stunning. It was a waste.
My Frank comment, The way I saw it, its a home without all the conveniences. Overall Not Bad.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Aquaria KCLL... Fun for the kids

I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is a bit old but the room was very big and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.
I would definitely book again at this hotel.
