Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

6.3
not a bad hotel. big room. internet in room cost money. breakfast isn't very good. decent location, close to lrt but not too much around. good value.
Restaurant Tip:
Walk left when you leave the hotel and there is a nice restaurant called souled out a few blocks down. Good prices.

Clean
This apartment concept room is good for family
6.7
Hotel's area is bit out of the busy Bukit Bintang area and taxi driver seems unfamiliar with the hotel's name. Reception is bit far from the apartment area . Exterior is average but inside the room is clean
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is looks far from shopping area and not many hotels around but if you go by taxi to Pavilion or Sungai Wang is only RM7 quite cheap..

comfortable hotel for short trip
6.7
my stay was short overall however the hotel was nice,my rooms were triple with out breakfast so i did not use the hotel dinning to comment on that but the roms were very clean.comforting and for a short business trip they are excellent ;for my case with a family and young children this hotel is not ideal as the swimming pool lack children zone and there are no much options or facility to play anfd the room size is relatively small

Hotel was below par.
Advertised with complimentary water Coffee and Tea etc but only supplied on first night. Guests advised to buy their own at local shop.
Cleanliness- a dusty 2007 newspaper on the kitchen cupboard was telling of the spring cleaning shedule.
Bedding- below average and we had two short single beds pushed together to form a double.
Kitchen facilities-Very poor and we purchased our own knife to butter our toast from the local supermarket. there was a cooktop and m/wave but no saucepans or cutlery. Very poor in this regard.
Bathroom- shower had to be repaired as the head was broken, took numerous calls over a day to reception to have it repaired and was not until a cleaner saw the state of it that maintenance came to repair it.
Reception unfriendly, no door man, only spoke broken english, and wake up calls whcih were booked never received.
breakfast- Unfortunately it was really not what one would expect. Toast was the order of the day with strwaberry jam and butter, sometimes cheese slices.
Eggs were cooked on request in a cubicle where the dirty dishes are also handled.
The eggs served on both occasions were bloody or gooey and scrambled and not worthy of being served to a guest.
Tip eat somwhere else.
The swimming pool was dominated wholly by middle eastern males. Some smoking hookah pipes and others simply looking on. Not really suitable for a western female or family unless they enjoy being the centre of attention of 20+ males.
As for location its ok but suggest if you are a westerner this is not really very homely.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Only use a metered taxi. It taxi driver will not use the meter and asks for a fixed price politely decline and hail another one.
We noticed many unscrupulous taxi drivers up the price but if you shop around significant discounts can be made on metered taxis. Which also discourages the unlawful practice of not using meters in metered taxis.

Pleasant Location, Close to KL City Centre
Large rooms, and pleasant service
7.3
The rooms were large, had booked two double bedroom suites for 2 adults and 3 kids.
Quite and peaceful location to come back to after a hectic day out in KL.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The only issue is we had the AC dripping water once in each of our rooms during the night, not on our beds however.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a reasonable distance to the nearest MRT station and can be accessed via Cab (approx 4 ringits) or Bus. If you have the time a 15-20 minutes walk will get you there. For those trying to buy local semi precious jewellery there is great location that can be accessed via the side road alongside the residencies.

Stayed in a one bed apartment suitable for our needs, clean and tidy. Housekeeping staff were friendly. For the money breakfast was OK, dont expect a 5* buffet! Location was OK about 12 - 15 min walk to LRT station, get to anywhere from there. Ask security to get a metered taxi and cost 5 Ringitt to KL sentral 10 ringitt for a hotel "taxi" or has free shutle at certain times. Good size supermarket about 5 min walk.
