Great Location but small rooms

Location of the hotel is good near to shopping areas and train station. As for the room abit small for the three of us but the room is clean overall.

We booke and paid for a triple room which is supposed to be with an extra bed. When we arrived no bed at all, and late night we were given a mattres,we asked them why mattress for a 20 year old girl,and we have paid 15 USD extra for an extra bed.Front office guy said that this is what they give ,we told them then they should not say extra bed charges and charge on the internet .Website says Buffet breakfast and when we went there this was the only thing on offer -1.) 02 slices of bread and Jam with a juice OR Tea or coffee.I asked for butter ,they said that they dont give butter, I asked for a banana and got the same answer. 2.)Small plate of noodels, juice OR Tea or coffee.
My daughter wanted the hair drier, and they said that it was taken by another room and can not find which room, so we didnt get it at all !!!
We went with 4 others but we all checked out and got another hotel together.

Tempat yang sangat trategis

Yang membuat saya ingin menginap di hotel ini adalah...posisi hotel yg berada di pusat keramaian, sangat strategis, dekat dengan mall, tempat makan 24 jam, LRT dan busway. Posisi hotel memang agak masuk kedalam, apabila menggunakan taxi, lebih baik anda menyimpan foto bagiandepan hotel. Kamar hotel cukup bersih, dan tidak terlalu sempit. Nambun tidak disediakan peralatan mandi kecuali handuk. Untuk makan tidak usah khawatir karena hanya berjalan 5 menit dari hotel terdapat baba resto, restoran muslim dan halal tentunya. Apabila mau jalan ke petronas, lebih baik naik taxi saja, karena apabila naik LRT lebih jauh, dan capek. Taxi ke petronas sekitar MYR 10-13.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel agak masuk ke dalam, sebelah berjaya time ada jalan masuk, nah posisi hotel di jalan tersebut.

Hotel yang masih baru ini, jadi masih sangat bersih dengan peralatannya yang baru-baru .

Saya beserta suami,anak2,dan mertua sangat nyaman menginap waalupun cuma semalam kami menginap, disana selain bersih pelayanan yg ramah, dapat sarapan,saya pesan 2kamar u kami ber5, cuma karena hotel kecil tidak ada kamar conecting room (2 kamar ada pintu penghubungnya). Dan 1 kekurangannya tidak ada lift yg agak merepotkan kita membawa barang bawaan kita.
Shopping Tip:
Lokasi yang sangat dekat dengan shopping center di jl.Bulan/Bukit bintang antaranya Low Yat,Sungei Wang,BB Plaza.Dan jg dekat dengan pusat makanan di Jl.Alor, dapat kita jangkau dgn jalan kaki saja.
