- Room is nice and cosy - Nice location, just a few minutes walk to most of the "attractions" in Bukit Bintang. - Friendly staff. - Nice looking swimming pool.

- Hard to find as the sign to the hotel is very small and the photo in Agoda looks different than actual hotel. - Entrance to hotel parking is very narrow and the parking lot itself looks dirty and messy.

Stayed a night in Dorsett during my holiday to KL and the experience was very pleasant. It is strategic located and all the major shopping centers like Pavilion, Sungai Wang, Berjaya Times Square and Lowyat are just a few minutes walk. A real gem hidden behind all the international 5 star hotels.

Very accommodating staff as we arrived very early in the morning and were given access to room by 10.30 am. Large , clean, and very spacious rooms. Food in restaurant was good.

Just a bit of a walk to restaurants, shopping, coffee lounges etc. maybe 7 - 10 minutes.

Would stay at the Dorsett again as found staff very accommodating. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, The bathroom was large and very clean. We arrived at 5.30 a.m. and were given access to a room at 10.30 a.m. Situated at the quiet end of the city, an uphill walk to the main shopping plaza.

The hotel is located in Jalan Imbi which is almost near to the busy area (Bukit Bintang) or golden triangle area.There are alot of restaurants, shopping malls within a walking distance from the hotel. Pavillion Mall is just infront of the hotel and KLCC is like 10 to 15 minutes walking. The room is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. I liked this hotel..
