The pricing is value for money and it probably is one of the best maintained hotel for 4 star hotel and it is very clean.

It's fine nearby arab street

treatment of stuff is not ok, and break fast is not that what i imagin, very crawed in breakfast time
but the the hotel is in great location nearby arab street and alot of resturants.i advise anyone to stay hear if his vist for shopping but don't stay outside to middle night
the value of money is ok. cheaper than alot of hotel
room size is good and also the service

The hotel is situated at a strategic place, it takes less than 5 minutes walk to Pavilion and sungai wang.
Spacious & comfortable room. Friendly front dest hotel staff & bell boys.

Great Location, excellent breakfast

The hotel is only 5-minute walk to the major shopping area. Staff are friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a luxury deluxe room while I check-in which is very roomy. The room is clean. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices of food.

Great Hotel, Great Location
Location was great for both Petronas Towers (via high level walkway), Bukit Bintang shops and nite life

the hotel had friendly staff and good value with all the amenities of a more expensive hotel. no complaints on the service or the room which was comfortable and clean.

Very large room clean and services are good. It is very closed to the shopping center and restaurants. There are many food stalls nearby and of many varieties chinese, malay, indian, arabic etc. Easy to move around do not need any transports because all the necessity is closeby

Decent Hotel with a great location

the hotel was clean and decent, though it is pretty worn out over the years. nevertheless, it has a fantastic location which is near pavillion, times square, lowyat and shopping places nearby. everything is just a stone throw away. it is also pretty easy to catch a cab from the hotel lobby. if you are looking for a decently price hotel at a great location, this is for you.

i've got king bedroom and the hotel is very near to the pavilion. the services is good and we had a good time there.
Shopping Tip:
around 300m if you went through the JW Marriot Hotel.

room size and the bathroom is big enough.
WIFI speed is not fast enough, not sure if it's because i get it for free.
breakfast is average, or can i say not tasty?
