I was attending my friend's wedding along Jalan Bukit Bintang, and the hotel located just a few minutes walking distance to it. Besides that, you only need to take about 5 mins walk to the famous "Pavillion" shopping mall and many other shopping malls around. The room is clean and spacious. A little advice to the hotel operator, they should improve the access door card system. I found the access door card malfunction twice in a days and need to return back to reception to fix it.

Nice hotel, good location
Deluxe rooms are huge. Location is good; 5min walking distance to Pavilion Mall, and situated among reputable hotels like the Westin, Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott, so there is sense of security.

Service was average.
Very happy with big deluxe room. Ironing board & iron, bathrobes provided.
But both dustbins in room were not lined with trash bags. (Is this the usual case? If yes, hotels must really start lining the dustbins in the room)
Not a lot of variety of cable TV channels.
Free wifi was just average, not that fast and inconsistent.
Breakfast was okay. The usual western & asian variety.

Great location hotel
Good location, convenient for shopping
7.7
This hotel has great location. Located near "The Golden Triangle" shopping belt, there are many interesting shops and malls to walk around. For a mere 5 minutes walk, a upclass shopping mall, Pavilion came to sight.
We were given a 20th floor hotel room and the facing a little of the city view and it was great. TV programmes were limited. The room was clean but there were few things missing which we had to ask like toothbrush, bathrodes and slippers. There was wireless internet but payment was required. Also, we experienced connection failure and waited for about 1 hour for reconnection.
The hotel people were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast choices were plentiful comparing with other KL hotels we stayed before. We don't mind coming back to stay with this hotel.
Travel tip:
There was a long bridge built connecting between KLCC Suria and Pavilion. Part of the bridge was air-condition so walking inside the bridge was a nice experience.

Great Location but not recommendable
Walking distance to Pavillion KL

Breakfast for my child of 6yrs old, they charge RM19!I stayed in lot of hotels, never before accompanied child been charged for breakfast. Well, a piece of bread and half glass of orange juice cost me RM19.
Toilet slow flushing, need to flush a few times to get the dung flushed.
Car park when full, guest need to park at open space car park. But need to pay RM6 per night. The drunk open space car park operator, u all must beware. He will change the ticket and ask for more money. He told me RM12 because I park 2 days but I only park for 1 night. He act gangster when I refuse to pay. After I argue for some time, he just open the gate and scold his Tamil language. Hotel should provide car park to registered guest and not asking guest to pay when car park is full.
Shopping Tip:
Pavillion KL very near!

Great location in the Golden Triangle Area
8
A great place to stay and travel around the Golden Triangle area. Less than 5 minutes walk to Pavilion Mall, 10-15 minutes walk to Berjaya Times Square.
The breakfast spread will make you spoilt for choice. The swimming pool and gym facilities is decent too. Though I must say it would be rather packed during the peak season, especially during school holidays.
Finding 24/7 late night eateries wouldn't be hard as there are an abundance of coffeshops around the area.
The downside is, that stretch of road leading towards Bukit Bintang area is always jam packed with vehicles. So if you ever drive to KL, just park your car in the hotel and make your way to the shopping malls around the area by foot. Do not take cabs, because they are usually much more costly than the cabs in Singapore from Pasir Ris to Jurong. Haha.
On the overall, the hotel is really worth the place to stay if you're looking for a reputable hotel line with long service awards.
