Excellent location within shopping district. Rooms were okay.
Wifi is provided however the signal strength is a little weak.

We stay with our two little kids so the hotel gave us two double beds room, the room is decent size, good location, walking distant to the shopping center, best of all, freshly bake croissant for breakfast , yum!

Old Hotel but still maintaining its cosiness

The receptionists at front counter have improved and are friendlier nowadays in my last 2 stays. Had not stayed there for a few years due to unfriendly receptionists, but now they are improving and worth revisit and stays.
Noticed that the hotel switched off the aircond around midnight. On cool nights, bearable. But on warm nights, it becomes stuffy and hot.
Proximity to major shopping centres is really an advantage.
Price difference from similar rated hotels around the area should make it more attractive. Some hotels nearer to the shopping centres by 1-2 minutes' walk cost more but not as cosy and clean.
Shopping Tip:
Seems farther to main shopping centres, but lots of short-cuts and all within walking distances. Use the underground tunnel and it's only 20 minutes' walk to KLCC. Don't use taxi waiting in front of hotel; charge very expensive and later on realise you can just walk and it's near to most places.

efficient check in and check out. clean room, reasonable size bathroom. great variety at breakfast time.
i chose this location due to its location.
a 10 min walk away from pavillion mall which has a covered walkway that connects you to klcc.
i took the rm35 ride on klia express to klsentral. at kl sentral i bought a taxi coupon for "budget taxi" which costs rm13 to the hotel. i arrived in the hotel 20 mins later.
taxis was also readily available at the front of the hotel as the hotel is fairly busy so there are often people getting on and off.
i opted for a room with wifi and breakfast. there is a drop in bandwidth at night, probably with a high usage from the guests. but otherwise it comes in very handy.

this is not a 4 star hotel. more like a 3 star as the interior of the room is quite old.
however, their breakfast buffet can be 5 star standard and we love the location. you can walk towards pavilion, its only behind the building and there is this car park hawker food, right in front, just 5 mins walk and has excellent supper ! and cheap prices.

A nice hotel which has probably seen better days. Very slow check in, and for a hotel aiming for quality, the staff could certainly be a bit cheerier and more helpful. Breakfast was very disappointing
