Hotel with Great Location for Shopping

Hotel was located within close proximity to Pavillion and a short walk to Lot 10, Isetan, BB Plaza, etc. However, the hotel interior and rooms need to be refurbished as most are worn out and has some sort of a stale smell.

i enjoyed my stay, even though short for a quick nightcap. pleasant surprise with the interior of the hotel which is lovelier that the external. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice. my room was also nice, but the bathroom requires some touch up. parking area is dark, i was honestly frightful. drive cautiously through small lanes while maneuvering your car around each basement level.
Shopping Tip:
Do bring bigger or extra luggage. Shopping in KL is a must for all ages and styles.

Great Location and big rooms.

I was on a business trip to KL. Location of the hotel is very convenient to meet up with business counterparts. Meeting held in the lobby with pleasant environment. Eating out was close to many casual eateries. Resting in my big and clean room made my business trip a pleasant one.

We arrived at 2pm in the afternoon and the staff greeted us with a huge smile and a great welcome have not changed in 5 years since we were there before . The Pool is still the same fantastic clean and great the rooms are still the same fantastic

Great shopping needa great guide to take you to the right place a guy caklled Sam at the dorsett does the job for you

value for money hotel, quite old fashioned furniture in the room including the bathroom as well as lobby seating area. however, the room is quite clean. the only thing i enjoyed best was the breakfast, good taste with wide range of menu.

dorsett will be my 1st choice whenever i come to kl either for business or leisure trip. it is so value for money with such a great location. all the staff that we encountered were very professional and friendly. they never dissapointed me.
it's only a 5 minute walk to the pavillion, starhill, farenhait and lot 10 shopping malls. the only drawback was that there was no free wifi.
