Good service, Clean rooms and excellent location. Easy to get a taxi from the front door at a cost of 30 ringet you can go to most areas in 10 min. Rooms are good size and kept very clean. Daily seviced to a good standard. Breakfast has an excellent choice for most cultures. Ban plays in the evening which are of a fair styandard.

Very good room. Large window with view of Petronas Towers.
Huge breakfast choice. Bit chaotic when large package tour in for the day! Expensive to drink in their bar!
Shopping Tip:
just a few minutes walk from pavilion shopping mall-amazing designer shops and good eating places. also skywalk which takes you straight to klcc (petronas towers).

The room was spacious and well furnished and had everything I expect to see in a good hotel...tea/coffee making facilities, a comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and efficient air con. I also liked the view, the staff were helpful and the location was very convenient forf Bukit Bintang shopping and bars etc.

Great location, close to the biggest shopping mall
Convenient walking distance to the shoppuing malls of centtral city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. It's safe to walk at night as this is the busiest streets with many large hotels, restaurants and food stalls

love this hotel because it's much cheaper than the hotels nearby though location wise it's very conveniently located amongst many restaurants, and large hotels like westin, merriot, etc.it's safe to walk at night because it's very touristy part of the city, with many food stalls and tourists strolling at night.
i didn't have the chance to eat at the hotel restaurant so cannot comment.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
do you know that you can actually bargain with the taxi drivers for a taxi ride to airport? look for a blue van-like vehicle parking near the hotels...talk to them, get their business cards and negotiate taxi rates with them!we managed to get a good rate from one of them!

we have stayed here before and alwys return, nice hotel and a good location.Close to Pavillion shopping centre ,mono rail, golden triangle plus many other facilities.
Restaurant Tip:
Great restaurants in this area with lots of variety of western or local food.

only had one night could stay longer , had great night in bar watched band and met some good people,staff very friendly
