great location with nice room
room is big for family with kid

they upgraded us to a bigger with extra bed.comes with bathtub. my boy loves it. breakfast was fantastic.lots of choices. internet in the room is very bad.charge each day for internet.not worth. in the end, we bought digi(from local phone booth)wireless internet, only for 5 days, can be used anywhere.much better than the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
easy access to shopping mall, the food court in the pavillon is great.

Good stay. I liked the view from the room - although the room was a bit small and had some minor piping problem in the room initially (bath tub tap was spewing out brown colored water). But after letting the water run for some time - it was fine. The bathroom was also a bit narrow.
The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning was good and the overall room was clean. The LCD provided was also a good point as a number of big hotels are still equipped with old tvs.
Staff and personnel were friendly and helpful.
Overall, I enjoyed the stay - and the hotel was fairly comfortable. They should provide guests with free wifi though.

nice and guiet location,breakfast is good.the swimming pool is a bit too small.going to bintang plaza,bb complex is a bit too far for old age (age from 60 upwards)hotel lobby is a bit small.the room need some upgrade.during my stay i booked 2 room,the room that my children stay,they is no temperature control for the air-cond.

Great location, great rooms

Was wary about the various negative comments on room and hotel being dated after i booked. Initial impression which started from the car park all the way to lift lobby was quite disappointing as it proves to be consistent to the comments. But from the moment the lift arrives and all the way to the checking in and finally into the room, i realised that for what you pay for, they exceed all expectations every step of the way. I am not saying the hotel is fantastic but if that's the price you paid for, and for the location of the hotel, you really have nothing to complain about. Will definitely go back there again for the same price!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't get the cab hailed by the concierge....just get your own cab at the side.

The location is very strategic. Rooms are cosy and food served was good. Nice hospitality. Services provided were fast and friendly. The experience was memorable.

Great hotel with nice room
Nice and clean room, big washroom, comfortable bed with two pillow

stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and i find that the location is strategic enough for us to hang around in bintang area. we can get to pavilion in less than 10 minutes. a lot of food choices can be found nearby. the staff are friendly to let us have an early check in. the hotel facilities are good enough for us though the lobby is smaller if compare with other hotel. the amenities in toilets are complete. the food in the restaurant is nice too as there is variety of it. recommend to book room with breakfast as it is worth of it. will stay again at this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
You can find a lot of choices of food in Pavilion. Other than that, dining in Lot 10 food court is highly recommended!

Great location but small rooms

location: good with shoppping centres within walking distance
service: room for improvement. problem with check-in. front office did not check when room is ready.
carpark is narrow and difficult to navigate.

Comfortable hotel n big rooms

i wish to state that the rooms here are big and comfortable. the receptionist is friendly and meet our requirements as earlier on, we requested for connected and smoking rooms and the receptionist actually meet our request. the hotel is near to the pavilion (about 10mins walk). i can go shopping or watch movie or late night movie at my own time without having the hassle to take or wait for transport.
