Rooms were very clean, and simplest room was spacious with a large bathroom and living area which included a sofa. Beds were comfortable and of a generous size. Service was excellent with people willing to help the moment you walk in, and a good shuttle servicing running hourly into the city. There is a taxi rank just outside that can take you anywhere into the city. Close to public transport and a 15min walk away from Petronas towers, making it quite convenient.
However, concierge was a hit and miss with some individuals not much help

Just a no fail plan. Amazing hotel and am always comforted to know ill have a good stay. Taxi service in the lobby is extremely nice. One negative thing I can only think of was that during my departure it too them a really long time to get my luggage.
Shopping Tip:
Use blue cabs that run by meter only and don't be stingy to pay a $2 to book a good honest cab. Cab drivers can really be pricks and rip you off to bits.

we had wonderful stay at double tree hilton. rooms are clean and breakfast was superb. only down side is that room i stayed did not have any view as another building was blocking most of viewed in my window.

We had a great stay at hotel and breakfast was really good. We have enjoyed the comfort of the room and facilities. It was located within the shopping mall and somewhat you don't feel like staying at hotel but it provides all necessities and comforts.

it was indeed a pleasant stay for our recent trip to kl during festive season. we like the room very much as it was new and very comfortable which comes with contemporary interior design. well done! notable mention that a complimentary hot cookies will be given during check in as gesture of welcoming all guests. however room service was not up to expectation as somehow message passed down through phone was not properly delivered to the person who delivered those requested items eg. toiletries, newspaper (not provided for throughout three nights stay). always have to remind them again to get what we wanted. notable mention that the swimming pool depth is only 1.1m. shallow and very cooling.

a new hotel in a slightly rundown and dodgy area
near to mrt train station and small local mall across the street

a new hotel but without 'soul'. rooms are spacious and nicely equipped. wi-fi was very expensive in the rooms and the free one in the lobby was almost impossible to connect to . the one time i managed to connect, the speed was pathetic. this was a big disappointment for a business client oriented hotel. also their shuttle bus to klcc petronas towers was too small for the number of guests wanting to use it so we had to take the train instead. also watch out for the taxi scam outside. just flag a taxi down by the road and insist on them using the meter. the hotel taxi is triple of the normal ones and the scammers outside want almost the same. shame on double tree for letting the taxi drivers sit outside their lobby to scam guests.
Travel tip:
flag a taxi from the street and insist on the meter. there are many scammers around, including the hotel provided 'executive' ones.

Really nice hotel

1 night stopover. Great room, beds were fantastic. Pool is good. Couple of minor things - there is no wi-fi in the rooms, and there is only a few lifts which can be frustrating. Other than that was really good.
