room was clean - got an upgrade to the executive floor despite the same day booking, we received an upgrade from the hotel to the executive floor. the room was big, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was big and clean. NOthing to complain about. And there were apples on each floor at the lobby for hotel guests, odd but was a nice touch.

Quiet, facilities wise. Good food, clean, staff very friendly, Internet access complimentary. Location quite far from the shopping complex. I was stayed a night in Eastin. The time I arrived was almost 4pm afternoon, the receptionist is well-prepared to serve me when I looked for the voucher as well. This was impressed me of this service, as seems like the Hotel has do their pre-work very well before the guest come.
At night, I was went out with my friends. When I back, it was still raining, but the atmosphere was warm as I was been helped by the Hotel Boy to carry the things and with good greetings and smile.
I sure if I come to Subang next time, Eastin will be my first choice of hotel to stay.

check in and check out were done really quickly and efficiently.
we had a power problem in the room where a fuse blew, this was also repaired quickly even though late at night.
we used the internet in the room, which was also good.
we did not eat or drink in the hotel, so i can,t really comment on these.
