The food in the hotel was bad. Especially when I ordered room service. Not much variety and taste quite bad. During the buffet I saw quite a number of hotel staff eating there as well. Not very pleasant.

need more tv channels. i bunked in the last min so the hotel gave us a complimentary bed as my galfren is pregnant so best not for us to share a king bed (which she booked)

Comfortable yet strategic

Im a frequent visitor to the hotel, and I really like the strategic location and condition of the room which is spacious and comfortable. The staff that greets at the lobby are friendly and this is one of the reasons why i am a frequent visitor to the hotel.

The place is not very located within the heart, however, there are plenty of shopping malls and food places around. Convenient to get taxi.

the service staff was very courteous and helpful and most of my requests were done with no questions asked. Front desk staff were extremely helpful.

the hotel has necessary tools and equipments for travelers, Thye room is clean, the staff is helpful and the area of the hotel stay is reasonably convenient for us to travel around if you have transport.
Restaurant Tip:
not much attraction there, few restaurants are located nearby the hotel which this is convenient.

Not my first visit, but this time I was a bit disappointed about the service. The special food of the month advert was advertising everywhere in the hotel and even the food menu was placed it in the room. But when I wanted to order, have been told that the "food is unavailable". As a fussy customer, I can't really accept this kind of excuse.
But overall the room is good

Lovely hotel and staffs always serve with a smile

it was indeed a very pleasant stay. staffs are very friendly & helpful, always serve with a smile. and, we were surprised by hotel management's thoughtfulness, for presenting a birthday cake for my husband, we were indeed touch by their kind thoughts.
however, we were not very please, about the hotel allowing thier guests to smoke within its premises (its lounge, which is just next to its coffee house, its chinese restaurant, etc), including hotel floor, on a non-smoking floor.
overall, we were quite please with this hotel.
