lovely rooms and clean toilets

When we checked in,reception was friendly and courteous. liked that the car park was free and near the lobby lift.
room was clean so was the toilet (a major plus point), King size bed was comfortable but the lighting in the room is a bit dim. it was an enjoyable 1 night stay overall.
would definitely be back next year =)

Checkin is fast and staff is helpful. We request 2 rooms and they provide both room side by side which good for family member.

please upgrade the room cleanliness, the carpet get smelly.provide more parking for customer, sometime is not sufficient during our check in time. your parking area need more bright, is too dark for some sudden area. please do the toilet checking on all the toilet fitting, some of them is not well fuctional.

i have been staying in this hotel for more than a few occasions.
i must say the new rooms are refreshing.
only problem now is the urgrading of the lobby, its quite an
inconvenience especially given the recent wet weather.

Rooms layout is perfect with nice comfortable working table

big and comfortable room with nice working desktop. pillow can be slight harder as using 2 is too soft for me. more disposal item such as brush and comb as i book for 2 person, there is only 1 brush and no comb at all.

under renovation at the moment, no comments.

hotel room and features is quite ok, but not convenient for
shopping. took a taxi fr hotel to one utama shopping mall costs
about rm20/= very expensive. also surrounding shop lot not many
small food shop, only 3 shop open at night time. very inconvenient for family and shopper.
